Hey everyone !

I registered at Nano casino just yesterday, and played with their welcome bonuses. I won with the first welcome bonus, and uploaded my documents for withdrawal. Withdrawal of win was over 500$.

I then claim their second welcome bonus, and won a very nice amount ! The outcome of this win was that after wagering I was left with only 200 $ balance in the account. I contacted support and they claim that according to their terms and conditions, the max conversion of a bonus is 200$. I find this odd as my first deposit bonus has no max limit.

I was wondering if some of you can help me out with this and checked their bonus terms / terms and conditions because I don't see a limit any where at all.
I know sometimes casino's have different rules for different countries so I truly believe they might be referring to other countries.

If you guys can post screenshots it would mean a lot .

Thanks !

The only thing I can see is the last term on page three reads something like ' in the event of a discrepancy between bonus terms and general terms, general terms will prevail'.

Check the general terms. Most casinos have two sets of terms - bonus specific and general.

@bamberfishcake , checked those as well, no max limitation on bonuses there.
Have you went on the bonus terms page ? if so, is it the same thing as the screenshots ?

To be honest, I was hoping to get away with sending you there :) One sec, will have a browse and you will receive a PM with a solicitors search fee via Ternur.

p.s. while I'm looking, may I suggest you ask live chat to name the term and clause number for ease of reference :)

Honestly it's not there. They also said to look at "terms and conditions" "bonus terms". From a Canadian browser I don't see anything at all.

I was just about to post the same thing as I also looked at their bonus terms. Seems silly really because if you deposit say 200 + bonus what is the use wagering just to withdraw 200 :eek2:

Also max bet is only 2.00. I can understand if it was a no deposit bonus but these terms don't seem fair unless I read it wrong.

I don't like bonuses for these reasons, the Terms can be very tricky and complicated at some casinos.

I believe this is a country thing. @bamberfishcake screenshots states 2$ max bet. My screenshots shows 5$ max bet.

Any Canadian players here that can check this info please ?

Ok just I used this website,

, put this in the URL -

, then selected the country United Kingdom first , then New Zealand.

It showed max bet of 2 / max cash out of 200 for both of those countries.

But then when I chose Canada, it doesn't show any of this ! Except for max bet of 5 $.

Then I think your only course of action is to screenshot what you have and politely point out to CS they might have the wrong terms.

Sometimes they put 'English copy of terms prevail but I don't time to look again.

In any case, I see a term so I don't hold out much hope for you i'm afraid.

I totally get this, but your location is for from Essex.

My location is from Canada. I need someone from Canada to confirm that they also see what I see. Otherwise the casino must pay me my full winnings.

Update.

100 % of my winnings were credited back in my account.

- They did have different terms and conditions for different countries.
- They have also updated their terms.

None of my withdrawal requests have been approved so far so I'm patiently waiting !
