I truly think that their support staff hiring process goes like this :

1. Can you make peoples life as hard as possible ? YES
2. Is your IQ below 69 or can you act like it is ? YES
3. Can you read ? NO
4. Can you use common sense ? NO
5. Do you know anything about our casino , how our verification works etc.. And are you willing to find out ? NO

YOU ARE HIRED!

Jesus.. how hard it can be to change address.. They have this HOOYU system where you can verify yourself and i did that... Well after i went through it and everything was accepted.

"could you please upload document to our site"

WHERE SINCE THERE IS ONLY THIS HOOYU...

Finally after 1hour battle of 2 supports they changed my address.. and after that i see that support marked my document "not accepted" even it was that before they changed my address.. WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE MY ADDRESS IF YOU DONT ACCEPT PROOF OF ADDRESS!?!! WTF
 
Had the same issue with hooyu verification on LeoVegas, everything went smoothly except my ID which was continuously rejected because ”blurry” image when I checked multiple times that it was in fact totally clear and had everything visible. Only after manually submitting it, was my account finally verified.
 
@curremon , you're welcome to PAB this if you are so inclined. N1 has always been pretty cooperative with us in getting player issues resolved.

Also, having an objective set of eyes on things like document problems can help cut to the chase. ;)
