N1 Bet Online withdrawals

I have won a small amount on N1 ($600aud). Despite uploading what I believe is the correct documentation a number of times, my withdrawals keep getting cancelled as
My documents keep getting rejected??

Has anyone else had this issue?

What you describe is not uncommon, but it is unusual for you to not be given reasons and/or directions on what you SHOULD upload.
