Mystic long URL’s for Netent slots

Hi

I’m not an expert on URLs, but I’m a bit worried about the Casino’s URLs for the Netent slots. It should be said that I have experienced a lot of funny behavior of the slots at this Casino.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me “decoding” the URLs I’ve attached. I needed to attach them in screenshots when they are insane long. Both the attached screenshots are for Netent’s “Invisible Man” - the same game but 2 very different URLs.

i’m about to file a complaint to the casino due to a lot of other matters, and would appreciate your feedback on this matter.

Thanks in advance!

Both appear to be legit URLs - casinomodule.com is NetEnt’s game server.

The length of them is nothing to be hugely concerned about - most of the time your browser will hide long URLs. All these are doing is sending some settings to the server, for example it’s advising the server your currency and whether it wants the mobile or desktop version of the game.

The first one appears to go directly to NetEnt. The second one is a little shadier - I think all it’s doing it serving the NetEnt game up in a frame served by the casino itself (“thegameprovider”).

However, if you feel the site is behaving oddly, find somewhere else to play. Better safe than sorry.

Hi
Thanks for your reply! I am finding somewhere else to play, but due to have spent a huuuge amount of money at this Casino, I wanted to make shure that I had enough evidence before I file my complaint.. Like many other gamblers, I have a rather fixated personality - and when I feel that I’ve been scammed I’ll gladly spend whatever it costs me to be able to prove it..

May I ask exactly why you think you have been scammed?:what you provided above does not indicate it.

A home button have no impact on the game ply as well, and quite frankly nothing they need to display for customers based in Norway.

Most of the above are either bad link management from the sites end or simple decisions to not show the home button.

And as Dan already pointed out, the URL for netent seems legit

Thanks for your reply! The main part of why I’m thinking that I’ve been scammed has nothing to do with this matter. :)
I just wanted to check if both URLs was legit, and I now know that one are. The other things mentioned was just that I found it a bit strange that at the same time that I experienced all the other matters (that’s not mentioned here) I also noticed that the games home buttons disappeared, or changed to just loop me back to the game.
Whether I am from Norway?? or not it’s nice to have a functional home button when I’m only playing mobile. I couldn’t quite see what that by itself could have any value, but when I also are reacting of some of their URLs that does not seem legit, and I experience being sent to “Oops page not exist” I just wanted to mention it.

Lots of sites recently seem to be changing the in-game navigation to their own custom stuff. I find it very annoying. Games should appear the same regardless of which casino you’re playing at.

I just need to ask

Ok - I see. I have never experienced this at other casinos. Not being able to leave the game without closing the whole tab and having to reload the Casino page all over, or having to use the return button- that often results in error messages..

I just need to ask you a question regarding “nothing they need to display for customers from Norway». Since I never have experienced this at other casinos - not being able to leave the game without closing the whole tab and having to reload the Casino page all over, or having to use the return button- that often results in error messages.. (I only play by mobile) Do you really mean that players from Norway do not need a proper way to exit the slots?

From a regulation standpoint the operator do not need to have a home button available.

Do I find it as a great customer journey? Absolutely not.
Is it really any harder to hit back in the browser on your mobile? No not really.

As for your fraud claims, if this is related to the gameplay - casinos can't affect how a game works. So unless you think all games from the said provider is bent...
