So here's the story:
I was talking to Enzo about 3dice, won a couple of his birthday bonuses, and had gotten up to $49.00 in my account. Played it down, logged of to go to lunch.
I log back on, the chatroom pops up, and informs me I am banned. I was very confused. Banned? What did I do?
So I log onto 3Dice's live chat support. Unfortunately I did not think to save the chat log. It was a brief chat; Anna told me she would get back to me via email. This was Tuesday, early morning.
I waited quite a few hours for Anna's email, but got nothing. I also PM'd Enzo hoping for some information, but he did not reply.
So at 6:34pm EST I logged back onto the chatroom, and conversed with Karen. This is the chat:
Me: Can you tell me why I am banned from chat??
You are now speaking with karen of Support.
karen: hello
karen: i dont know why
Me: Hi Karen, can you tell me why I am banned from the chat client? Anna said she would email me but never did. =\
karen: so you have talked to her then?
Me: She said she didnt know and would email me soon.
She never did.
karen: maybe you could email her at supportteam@3dice.com
karen: she just left for the day and wont be back until tomorrow
Me: Well I was hoping you could shed some light on this.. I dont understand why I am banned
karen: i really dont know so it would be best to talk to her
Me: So you've never heard of someone being banned from the chat client>?
karen: yes we do ban people from chat
karen: for various reasons
karen: i'd suggest talking to her
Me: She didnt know though. Is there some way YOU could find out?
karen: i'm sorry you wil have to talk to her
Me: Are you even listening to me?
Me: I'm trying to find out why I am banned from the chat client. Why does it have to be her I talk to?
karen: thats the procedure..you will need to talk to anna
Me: Why Anna?
karen: because she is the floor manager
Me: Well could you send her an email or leave her a note reminding her to get back to me? Because she didn't do what she said she would do.
karen: i will leave a note for her to contact you
Me: Thank you.
karen: have a good night!
Okay, fine. I went to bed. At 10am I logged on to my mail, and still no response. So I logged back on to the chatroom at 1015am, and low and behold I was connected with Anna herself.
Me: No response from you guys...
You are now speaking with Anna of Support.
Anna: hello Kyle
Me: Hi Anna, I think I know what I'm here about, lol.
Me: yes the reason for witch you are banned from 3 Dice chat is that you have bee rude to our customers
Me: Please show me evidence of being rude? I've always had fun in the chat.
Anna: yes and never complained??
Anna: and been rude to any other customers??
Anna: or in some ocasions to some of our staff?
Me: Can you rephrase please..
Me: I was wishing Enzo a happy birthday, talking to him privately, and the next thing I know I am banned.
Me: So I dont know how I was being rude.
Anna: well we will have a support meeting soon and this will be disscussed...and we will decide if you will continue to be banned ..or not
Anna: i will let you know in an email
Anna: next week
Me: Anna, I have asked you for evidence, and you have avoided the question.
Anna: i will show the "evidence " if it will be the case Kyle
Anna: that is if your account will continue to be bannes

like i told you there will be a meeting sometimes next week and we will decide weather you will be back on or not
Me: So you cannot provide me justification as to why I am banned.
Anna: i did not said that
Anna: in the mean time you will be able to enjoy our free tournaments of course
Me: Well, I will be expecting an email from you then. I would appreciate it if Enzo could personally email me about this matter.
Anna: I will inform Enzo about this matter for sure
Me: Thank you, goodbye.

Am I being out of line by saying I think this is a little bit of c-r-a-p? All the smiley's in the world could not help her in this situation, I thought she avoided the question as much as possible, plus the fact that English is clearly not her first language just made things more difficult. (The fact that a company lets their employees type like that IMO is atrocious, but I suppose that's for another thread).
So now I am waiting for their next email... Thoughts?
