Thanks KWBlue for all your help. I know things will work out eventually. Hype will have a load of PR repair to do if they can at all. For me I appreciate all your help on my behalf.

.I'm now being told I will be paid from a new processor and it should hit my account within 48hours. I've been told this before so I won't be holding my breath.
I'm back. Sorry for the absence.jetset said:This is certainly alarming, and my information is that Inchilli's original owner-management (a pair of Australians with a previously besmirched record in the business) are now out of it again, leaving the property in the hands of David Ohlson and David Jenkins at Firebrand Interactive-Player Preferred, who are the primary cause for the slowpays on Hype Gaming, too according to our information.
Our sources have informed us that Hype Gaming is backed by a well funded Australian company (all the details of these guys and the original Inchilli investigations are in the archives here at Casinomeister from our previous research) owned and run by a reputable businessman who is unlikely to leave players in the lurch.

I have been told by Hype that they are not able to use Neteller any more for anyone (not just USA).

Reading between the lines - that is EXACTLY the reason! The only reason (I can think of) would be that their merchant account is registered to a US address and therefor their funds are frozen.
I'm so glad they got things on the right track!

As long as we are on the list, I'm happy!Im still waiting on mine - its an affiliate payment - but it looks like we were last on the list![]()

. Just to update my situation - I got paid (by bank wire) yesterday.Im still waiting on mine - its an affiliate payment - but it looks like we were last on the list![]()

It depends on the circumstances, and it depends on which players are involved. Sometimes a well meaning rep walks into a lions den, sometimes they walk into a love fest :xxx...(Check threads with Casino Rep responses - the majority of them get beat down, it's sad)

I think it's about 50/50![]()

For people like Rettah, I can only say that I understand your keeping track of your $$. I do the same. I can once again offer to help, but you would have to PM or email me to get that help.
I will say that knowing the full details of 'why' cashouts have been slow will not help anyone. Businesses just do not give out the reasons - the 'whys' of anything, it's PR suicide... especially in this industry.
To be honest, if I were Hype I would stay the heck away from the thread until issues are resolved. Why? Because it is very obvious from the responses that they will get beat down no matter how hard they try to help or what the issues were. (Check threads with Casino Rep responses - the majority of them get beat down, it's sad)
. I wish I could tell my clients that they don't need to know any details at all about what I am doing with their money but to just keep the faith. I would have been out of business years ago.
.I told myself I would wait for some replies from a few people who have posted on here before I made another post in this thread just so no one gets sick of reading what I have to say or thinks I have it out for hype which I don't but I can't help it, this just made me laugh when I got another promotional bonus email from them with this as the last line.
"What are you waiting for? Have a pint or two enjoy some time with your friends and kick it all off with Hype Gaming!"
And all I could do was sit here and laugh. What am I waiting for? hhmmm To get paid would be nice is all I kept thinking.

I just heard some encouraging news.
I got a call from a friend who just got paid by Hype. He had cashed out in early to mid January, but can't remember the exact date. He says he was charged about $45 in fees.
Still no payment for me.
Let's hope for the best.
I do not have more problems with hype Now I receive the payments the day after withdraw request![]()
How much did your friend withdraw? I am just wondering about the percentage of the fee's as to the amount of the withdrawal. I for one am getting tired of random fee's that aren't mentioned anywhere when you deposit but they hit you with them when you care to withdraw.
He withdrew around $1500. The fees were charged by the bank(s) involved in the transfer, not Hype. I think that would have been the standard bank fee for any size withdrawal. Banks love fees, and they can be an expensive surprise sometimes.
Still no money for me.
.I use netellerNow I find that interesting, I understand you are not in the USA which seems to only have a ACH withdrawal option but what method are you using to withdraw?
I WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND THIS WEB SITE BEFORE I TRIED HYPE. I CASHED OUT ON FEBRUARY 5TH AND AM STILL WAITING TO BE TOLD ANYTHING OTHER THAN IT IS STILL PENDING IN ACCOUNTING THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE. I HAVE FOUR KIDS I HAVE LOTS OF PATIENCE (NOT THIS MUCH.) I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR ANYTHING OTHER THAN IT IS PENDING. HAS ANYONE FROM U.S. RECEIVED PAYMENT? ANY INFO WOULD HELP. THANKS.
GSIMI: Have you sent them your ID documents? Copy of DL, etc? They never seem to ask for them, but they must have them for your first withdrawal.
As to getting paid... there are a lot of USA players still waiting, but there are signs that it's getting better. Make sure they have your documents and bide your time. I think they will pay.
