My experience with 32Red Casino

Yesterday I posted a thread asking about advice about how and where to play.

My conclusion was to play without a bonus, and the casino I picked was 32Red from Microgaming. So, I thought I'd post about my experience with this casino, as several members here have made an effort to add their opinions and expertise in that thread.

I first had a chat with an employee asking information about payment and withdrawal methods that were a bit unclear to me, and that was completely painless . I told this person I would express my opinion on this forum, and so I do.

I deposited 80 euros without a bonus and started playing slots. I'm not a high roler, so I make consistent .25 Euro bets on a 25-line video slots.

So far I have made almost 1100 spins and still have 75 Euros left to play with. I consider that my money's worth. This casino gives me great entertainment value for my money, and in my opinion it lives up to its reputation on these forums.

I'm am however interested in the experiences of other members, so I hereby invite to share it in this thread.

I do love 32 red, just because they are easy to deal with. You always get answers fast and they also have great games and usually u do get some action out of it. Ofcourse it is as it is with any casino, there is no way you can always win, however when it comes to MG, 32 red is my 1st choise!

Yeah I agree from what I've seen so far. But like you say, you can't always win. I do however appreciate entertainment value, opposed to just eating my money like they haven't eaten in 3 weeks Thats kind the point of this post..

Whats MG if you don't mind me asking?

32Red have the best customer support of ANY online casino in my experience. It is no coincidence that they have been awarded the CasinoMeister Best Casino of The Year Award six times running.

All their staff from the bottom right up to Ed Ware the CEO are approachable and Ed has been known to deal personally with players since they started in 2002.

In short they know how to treat their customers.

I just wish my luck there recently was better. But this is the really good thing about them. I played without a bonus nor did I ask for one. Yet a day later I got an email from Steve informing me I had been given an 'On The House Bonus'

They are a class operation

Just hope you have better luck playing there than I did the other week lol

It's a joke dude. Not him putting money in but me being confused about it - a little bit of satire or something

(Edit: I just realised you might have just been wondering specifics. Um, one time I think was bonus, I lost it so not sure - it's free money though so...! - Next time he actually reminded me I had free spins which were about to expire which was cool - couple hundreds bucks on auto-play TYVM!)

Anyway, I had about 3000 spins on 80 euros done with still 80 euros left , and I got bored, so I raised the bet on the slots I had been playing endlessly...Guess what, it became very quiet

I'm the kind of player that gets bored, even if I'm winning. Had that last time playing poker. I ten folded my money...got bored and cashed out. No addiction left I'm afraid
