my experience at 32 red

i am a regular every day player online and until now i championed 32 red who i have to say have been great with me up until recently.(well done steve and pat) Recently i have found that the runs i have had have been pretty poor around the 40/60% mark and it seems that this is okay .......well it was to one person anyway....however after a whole load of deposits and double deposits i have decided it is time for a break as its more of a donation i give now and when i went on to live chat to a lady supervisor she seemed unwilling to listen to me although my payout for the session was again under 50%. This has put me off and it probably cost them my deposits for the next few months as i can not continue to play where i feel uncomfortable as the lady in question(supervisor) said she had reviewed my account and she was unwilling to look at it again but then seemed surprised when i informed her i was deaf. This is one of the first things it says on my account!!!!! Anyway without trying to slaughter a casino who have been good to me in the past and their staff and as i said Steve Finnan and Pat Harrison have been faultless but because of this i am taking a break.....for now

RTG players are taking a break around here, so taking a break from 32 red might not be a bad thing! I do hate you had problems with 32 red support, I thought they were the #1 CM casino for many years running? Maybe the elders can help??

In all fairness to 32R, suzy has something of a history of troubles and misunderstandings. Check her post history. I'm not saying she's a bad person, just that a black cloud seems to hang over her gaming and ... well, 32R ain't the first. Sorry suzy, just trying to put this in context.

I have been totally misunderstood on this occasion and did not wish to upset any1 and if i have done this i do apologize to 32 red for this. As i said in my thread i think Pat and Steve are great and have helped me in the past and although i did not name any1 particular person i will apologize for what was said as i can not go into specific details of my complaint without causing more grief so i will apologize and humbly walk away from this one.

Hi Max, i am sorry but i have never used c/meister as a weapon and never would i simply agreed that Pat could post a chat from my conversation with him. I have apologized to 32 red but in the same token i was not belittling them at all as all i have ever did was tell every1 how great they are but i can not hear therefore i have to depend on chat where sometimes things get mixed up. I beg to differ. I've seen the transcript of your chat and whether you intended it or not it came across as "I'm not happy with my winnings ... what can you do for me? ... I might have to go on Casinomeister and tell people how unhappy I am ... why won't you do something to make me happy?" The way I read it that's a threat, blackmail if you prefer, in an attempt to extort a freebie from them. Perhaps that's not what you were thinking but that is how it reads.

In any case, we're getting off the subject here. Your post says that the CS supervisor "seemed unwilling to listen to me". That is not at all the case. She listened to you, answered your questions, gave you almost all the stats you asked for except for that day's which apparently unavailable to her at the time. You obviously were hoping she'd come up with something else to alleviate your unhappiness and it was only when she said "sorry, there's nothing more I can do for you" that you got upset at her.

As to her being surprised that you are deaf I fail to understand how that is a valid criticism of anyone. If I was talking to you and didn't know that you were blind in one eye how would that be a fault of mine? Perhaps it would just mean you had a really nice glass eye.

The issue of your deafness only comes up in conversation when you bring it up. I mean seriously, this is the internet for heaven's sake. Sorry Suzy but you've got a history of these kinds of actions, so the question is and remains: how is any of this 32Red's fault? From everything I've seen it is not which is why you owed them an apology.

Suzy, I feel for anyone with any kind of disability, and I know there's alot here who feel the same. But I'm just not sure what being hearing impaired has to do with an online live chat....or with playing games on the internet.

I can only speak for myself, but I can honestly say in four years of playing at 32Red, I have never had ANY CSR there, be rude to me in any way, shape or form. They have had a couple over the years that I wasn't overly impressed with....but generally speaking, it wasn't just me obviously, as those couple didn't last a whole long time there. Beyond that, no problems. And providing I haven't abused the privilege, the few times I've asked for a comp when my playtime has really sucked....they've accomodated me...whether that be Steve or Pat. But again, I don't ask all that often and as a rule, playtime isn't one of my biggest complaints. I just give it a rest, and go back and try another day.

To be fair to suzy1975, even if she had made some "threats" in chat, I dont think her post could be seen as "bad". Calmed down a bit maybe?
Similar posts are made almost every day. She just vented about bad results and actually gave kudos to Pat and Steve.

And about the CSR rep dont knowing that she is deaf and why she was surprised about it. You can have notes on your account, for example I have that I cant reverse a withdrawal.
But in this case I think that the rep just reviewed the play, deposits , bonuses etc and didnt look at what possible notes the account had. So therefore maybe Suzy tought that she didnt review her account?

At first I tought it was just an attempt to "extort" a freebie (maybe it was or maybe not), but as said, similar posts are made almost daily.

And remember sometimes its the other way around Edit: not particularly 32Red or any person.

Suzy asked specifically what her payouts had been over a couple periods, didn't like the answers, and that's when the discussion of being deaf came up. In the context of the conversation it had nothing to do with what was being discussed ... unless it was somehow supposed to make the CSR respond differently to Suzy's "is there nothing the casino can do to alleviate this a bit" request, referring to her poor payouts that day.

As I say, I've had these sorts of discussions with Suzy before and it's usually only when she is in some distress regarding the unsuccessful nature of her request(s) that the deafness issue gets mentioned.

As to her post here being "bad" or not I respectfully point out that saying "This has put me off and it probably cost them my deposits for the next few months as i can not continue to play where i feel uncomfortable" is not intended as a compliment or statement in support of the casino.

Come on, let's be real: Suzy is saying "I was treated badly at 32Red". This is pure bunk and that's where we have a problem here. It's one thing to say "I had a bad day, got any freebies for me?". It's quite another thing to take "No, sorry, not today" and somehow turn that into a bad thing the casino has done.

The casino did nothing wrong here. The CSR did nothing wrong. Suzy is out of line in her complaint against the casino and the CSR and that's why I'm calling her out on it. It's nothing more or less than that.

I don't think it is just 32 Red (even tho I can never have a win there) it is all casinos at the moment I think. In the last week I have played at William Hill, 32 Red, Lucky Red & Spin Palace - deposited lots & got little back in return. I did give up but just can't keep away as I love the pokies but I really should cut down my depositing so much as there is no-where that is paying like they used too & I have figured this out just by playing online for 7 months. I guess they have to make money as well but I think as every week goes by these casinos are getting greedier. JMO.

It's not posted here by the OP so why would you have the access to this? If you're going to refer to the chat transcript, everyone should see it.

I'm in no way sticking up for the OP, I think I know what's going on here but I don't understand how you can view things that should be between the player and the casino and the OP should post this to plead her case!

32 Red should never let an outsider view a players chat transcript as far as I see it, please correct me if I miss understood your post.

I totally disagree that it should necessarily be posted -- just because I've seen something does not make it public property -- since this is not a debate on the issue.

I don't really care if the chat is posted or not, but I do care very much that the assumption is that the reasons for my decision regarding Suzy's use and abuse of the site should require public justification and the display of related materials. If that were true the Pitch-A-Bitch process, for example, would be DOA in a heartbeat.

The bottom line AFAIC is that Suzy was using CM to pressure the casino (whether she realizes it or not), that's wrong, and that makes it my business to call it out.

Nowhere in there is a public call to discuss the merits of Suzy's beef, in fact that's exactly what her tactics with 32Red were intended to do: turn this into a situation where 32Red is being pressured in public for absolutely no good reason whatsoever. It's a complete fabrication and by asking to get involved in the debate you are legitimizing the tactic. All bad if you ask me.

So am I saying that you need to trust me on this? Damn straight I am! And so I should. Protecting this site and monitoring it's fair and proper use by the membership is very much a part of my job here.

I have some amount of history in dealing with this person's situations so I knew that it wasn't going to be as simple as it seemed. When I learned that she was trying to use Casinomeister to pressure the casino I did indeed respond quickly because that sort of thing is way out of line. If a casino is being blackmailed by a Casinomeister member I do believe it is my responsibility to step in and do something about it. I would do that for any casino, and would also protect a player if they were being abused by a casino on the forums. That's my job.

Please people - do not threaten casinos (explicitly or implied) with negative postings in the forum. This is not Casinomeister-like conduct, and we don't like it.

I do not mind losing as ....god i am used to it now but just felt that it was my time to throw the towel in as (correct me if i am wrong) but the average payout of 98% or whatever that happens only rarely but you are never likely to get a payout of much more on an m.g casino as then you would have to expect big losses for a while to bring you back to the parameters of their expectancy? I loved the casino and the staff there but just think it is time to try playtech for a while. Anyway thank you 32 red for my time there and wish you all the success in the future.

Geesh, I agree with the above poster Suzy, you have been there and done this before. If you're mad about losing at 32 then stop playing there and move on! No more need for the I keep losing at this casino, I removed their software but damned if they aren't nice people crap. You slam them in every post you make with the bad vrs good so stop. Try the RTG casino's maybe you have the lucky IP address..

Although I don't agree with Suzi trying to bring down this casino without a good reason I do think that there's an alternative motive within the thread/ forum management, since it's been merged and so quick. I've seen no RTG threads merged and OMG there's been tons lately! Go figure!! What happened to Fair Play?

We all know YOU have a vested interest given that you operate an RTG casino - and we all know that CASINOMEISTER is completely impartial when it comes to software providers.

Max merging the threads had nothing whatsoever to do with Microgaming or 32Red or any other operator - it was about combining several whining member posts into one. Its been done plenty of times before.

If anybody around here has an alterior or hidden motive - its you.

Sorry Max but i have to disagree with you here as you do not know me and it does seem that 32 red has more than its fair share of protection from the c/m site. I thought this was a forum for members to have their say, well i have given 32 red a lot of chances but find it to be impossible to deal with anyone who puts a note on my account that management only can deal with the account and then for a couple of weeks "said management" go on holiday. If we are not allowed to have our say what is the point in being here as all you have done is turned people against me who also dont know me. I am disabled (deaf) and can not argue my point on the phone therefore have no choice but to go on live chat. I find it hard that other members come on here and slaughter casinos and not a word gets said however as soon as 32 red are mentioned the thread gets merged. For the record i think i was fair to the casino with what i said as i did not bad mouth them in any way i was just letting people know what had happened. No doubt further restrictions will be placed on me for this but i am sorry i will not stand by and have anyone saying there is a black cloud hanging over me when the facts are not known.

I agree with spiderlegz. Suzy gets upset, I get upset, we all do. In fact The webmeister her did at suzi. I think that CM reputation was more harmed by their confrontation with suzi than suzi. Being a newbei I am now conserned about too much biast on CM's part in relation to casinos. CM is TOOPPSS because they are the Guard Dog. So don't get me wrong. I admiration what they have and are accomplishing for the industry. But soft spoken moderation is a quality that we all need to learn little by little. I am talking about me, you and them.

Disagree as you like but you and I have some history here at CM and that is more than sufficient for me to draw conclusions and arrive at the decisions I need to. Do I know you personally? No, of course not, and that has exactly nothing to do with the subject at hand.

How many times have you PM'd me with "hey buddy Max, can you do this or that for me"? I'm guessing about a half-dozen times or more, give or take. We do for you and we do for you and still you complain about the help you get from us and then hit us with the "I'm deaf, can't make myself understood" stuff.

Suzy, no one is having any trouble understanding you. You are making yourself perfectly well understood. The problem isn't that we misunderstand you, the problem is that we disagree with your demands. Big, important, difference. It has nothing to do with deafness and everything to do with what is and is not reasonable.

I'm sorry to say this but anyone's benefit of the doubt only goes so far and yours ran out some time ago. After everything that's happened you use us to threaten a casino and expect to be pampered for it? No dice!
