I've found Mansion/Casino.com customer service to be frustrating in the past too. I suspect the person you were talking to is a poor speaker of English.

Recently there was an error in my blackjack game which resulted in the loss of the stake without the game being played. The customer service representative couldn't see the bet on his screen, and point blank refused to believe that an error had occured. I just gave up in the end!

lol... strange conversation.. that happens if the chatoperator is impatient and has his copy/paste answers already ready to send

i like the chat operators answering and acting in personal style with some rights to handle things in the casino, but you wont find that very often


anyway.. mansion is good place imho.. i never made a deposit with them but got 2 freechips already over a year ago.. i made two cashouts to neteller without having ever made deposit and they paid according to their terms within 4 days after the pending without any problems.. so i cant complain

i made deposit at their new sister site casino.com.. its licensed in gibraltar and mansion seems to me like reputable outfit.. i know them since their poker room showed up and they just got bigger.. also heard of some complaints but i think they are no rogues who are in bsiness just to screw players like some other playtechs.. so i would give them a chance allthough their chat operator seemd a little confused or whatever
