Hi all, Finally got a payout from mr green casino, After a withdraw they wanted I’d so I sent them front/back of card I used to depo & the same with the card I wanted to withdraw from plus bank statement, But they wanted photo I.D But I haven't any, so they sent me a form to print out that wanted photo Id of some that new me & photo Id of someone that new them & there sig, I scanned and emailed them, But then They was saying I have to withdraw cash to the original card I used to make a deposit, E.G to withdraw you have to manually put in your iban ect in, But this was imposable because I used a PAYPAL ACCES card and this does not have iban number ect,
Any way after a few phone calls they said my money was withdrawn and that night it came out, within a few days in my account,
At first I thought they was trying it but they were some of the best experience I have had with customer service, They even rang me back to let me know what was going on, I guess If I had just used my bank card & had my photo I.D there shouldn’t of been any delays, I didn’t even have to wait the normal few days process as I rang up they day after I sent docs they took out than,
