Hi new here,

Won £40k on mr punter last Thursday (14th may) requested the max withdrawal of £800 (a day) for the next 3 days, following week completed all the verification they asked for ( proof of id, proof of address, proof of bank account ect) which was completed by the following Thursday, as to which I received a payment the same day, however it has now been another week and I haven’t received another payment, I went onto the site and ended up winning a further £20k resulting in my account now been on £65k so it’s not looking like it’s going to be fun getting it all out, my friend also won £800 on Saturday (23rd may) and he has just received it today but mine is still pending.

Anyone able to give me the next steps or would you suggest submitting a complaint? I saw a recent thread where someone was waiting for around 7k and complained and resulted in getting paid in full?

Thanks

Hi! and welcome to the forum.
I'm afraid that won't be paid.

Well the first thing that strikes me is that the UKGC prevents this 'drip-feeding' of withdrawals for its licensees so despite UKP being the currency you mention, this I can only assume is an unlicensed clip joint.

In which case, as said above, there's a high chance you'll get shafted here.

They'll pay small winners, it's a big confidence trick, but they micromanage their balance sheets and players should someone win big.

They are hoping you reverse it all and spunk it back, if you don't they will use a list of bollocks excuses, if after that you persist with wanting to be paid they'll then ignore you and block your account.

So you don’t think one of these PAB complaints could help, like I say I saw a thread where someone won 7k and it get resolved and he got paid in full, I’d be happy even getting 10 out of it before they blocked me😂

Welcome to Casinomeister. Mr Punter is not a UKGC licensed casino, so you do not have the protections afforded to UK players by the UK Gambling Commission. Legally they ( Mr Punter ) should have also not accepted you as a player, seeing as they are based in Costa Rica and have no UKGC licence.

They could quite possibly just return your deposit and close your account, if indeed you are in the UK which based on your location I assume you to be.

None of the responses in this thread including mine you likely do not want to have read. By all means you can raise a PAB here Online Casino Complaints .

But Dunover has pretty covered Mr Punter's mo when he stated: "They'll pay small winners, it's a big confidence trick, but they micromanage their balance sheets and players should someone win big."

with UK vpn that site was blocked for me. Malta too.
Managed to access via IReland.

I’ve gone through full verification so they know I’m in the Uk and I had a payment come through after that got verified, I don’t use a VPN or anything they just say they’re experiencing a high volume of withdrawal requests, should I leave it abit longer to see if they come through or just do the complaint now? Not really sure how the PAB works or what I actually write in the complaint

I'm in the UK, so no vpn and when I access it via google having searched for "Mr Punter" it redirects me to the url below. Seen lots of casinos do this.

I bet in their T & C's they will state they do not accept UK players. So likely with a massive withdrawal pending, they will blow you off stating their T & C's eventually.

Yeah that’s the same url for me, I’ve spoke to the live chat and the vip manager assigned to me and they’ve resssured me that it will come and that I can trust them apparently, just don’t know what the best steps are if there is any at all to take

dodgy rediect... red flag 2...
and block for vpn use!

Like @dunover said im afraid :(

try this tactic, cancel withdrawal(s), request 10k withdrawal. Gamble a bit and lose 1k ish.
Leave funds in main account.

Good luck :)

We are seeing more and more 'offshore' casinos use this type of redirect...
What would you say my next best steps are? Wait a few more days and see if they start coming or just go with the PAB? If it’s the PAB is there anyone who I can speak to who could advise me what’s best to put in the complaint

Personally I would in your case use the PAB service as a last resort. Do as Andy states here Mr Punter not paying £40k win - Casinomeister Forum and see how far you can get.

Should I cancel the 3 I have pending at the minute and try again? How long should I leave for a PAB?
See how you get on with the current withdrawals, don't cancel them.

If they do pay them, going forwards just have a few low stake spins and then request £500

If they don't pay them or cancel, try again at lower amounts

Don't do anyting to draw attention to yourself - don't keep spamming or speaking to chat just play the slow game

When the finally block you or start messing you about with verification requests, then submit your PAB

Okay mate cheers for the reply, should I do anything in the meantime to gather evidence because obviously if they do block me I’ll have no access to anything to back my claim up?
