Hope you get sorted.

Save the headache in the future, just zero out your balance to 0.00 before redepositing (log out for couple of minutes also, clears old bonuses / wagering req's from their end)

Use Microgaming's Thunderstruck (original) to do this as its one of only a handful of games these days where you can adjust the pay lines to clear odd pennies.
