Problem is casinos have dished out freebies upon request, which encourages requests, which also now lead to this.

Personally ive never asked but i get the impression it was/is standard practice for some casinos/customers.

They should just stop it and offer bonuses in the normal way on email or in account sections. I think there is an element of risk letting live chat offer bonuses that would be better controlled through marketing.

I was maybe bit harsh, don't really see it biggest issues in world, most of casinos these days try to maintain automatic reward programs as possible but bit paradoxically, when you give out rewards, it also makes people asking them and if you end up still to have 30-40% of your support contacts as bonus requests, that then already can start to affect the amount of rewards you giving out automatically when same time extra freebies increase your bonus costs and are off from rewards plus time what paying to support to handle these requests.

Stuff this site and it's clear bias for the casios.

Yeah see ya.
But yeah, we all prefer them to Timex

Its not such a crime, a loyal player asking if a little freebee is possible even in these weird times,
at one time regular bonuses would be offered to keep good players happy, really should not trigger
assumptions that players have a problem and end up with accounts being locked and result in intrusive
allegations and questions.
Its a horrible situation mainly of the UKGC,s making.About time they all realized that players are
actually customers and should be treated as such.

At least someone understands where I am coming from. Reassuring, and much appreciated.

Well that was quick didn’t get the answers you were looking for and now CM is bias which is utter bollocks if you actually took time to explore the site you would see there’s dam all bias about CM.
Judging by your attitude all over a tenner I’d suggest your up to your neck in the shite and the best approach would be Gamstop and gamesys made a sensible decision blocking your accounts.
(Now toddle along and moan to people who actually give a fuck)

Go fuck yourself. Potato picking paddy fucking retard. If I want a fucking leprechaun believing Potatoe lacking paddy piece peirce of shits opinion, rest assured, I'll ask you personally.

The best thing is to let it go and play elsewhere, a good bonus is hard to come by these days, a couple of years back a different story. Don’t blame you for asking for a goodwill bonus, many casinos offer cashback/random promotions if you just keep firing money in and not getting any sort of promotion from them what’s the harm in asking! Certain places will reward you more than others, I used to play at Ladbrokes a lot and you’d earn ‘comp points’ to redeem for cash, wagering a fair amount (not even anything ridiculous) these quickly stacked up and were nice to redeem after a losing session and spin back up to a decent bankroll. Then they did away with them and I remember at one point having a big loss and being offered 10 free spins at 10p each despite being on their Silver ‘VIP’ tier :what:

I play mainly at one place now and they usually drop me in £50 odd a week regardless of win/lose and of course that makes me pretty much bin off playing elsewhere! Play around at some different places and you’ll soon learn where to be ‘loyal’ to and where you’re valued. There’s tons of places to play and if you don’t feel appreciated just take your custom elsewhere. That’s the only way places start to change their policies:)

First of jack iam not affiliated with any casino, I play just like you, only giving advice. To bad you where not here a couple of weeks ago won 30euro on social tournaments . Only payout with skrill, no good for canadians, so I gave it away on here. I would have given to you so you would leave. ✌

Read of similar in recent(ish) times and IIRC the OP was not best pleased in that situation either, I do feel for you.

How times change however, a few years ago I was reading regular posts how support were throwing out freebies just to keep players active and as a customer at their particular casinos
I remember one time i was talking to the support at Chanz.
Were some issues with a game i wanted to play.
He couldnt tell me when it would be fixed, but recommended two clones from other providers.

I say cheers, and that i will try them out next time i deposit.
"Ive added a €10 bonus to your account so you can try them now if you feel like it"

Ah, the good old days.
:p
