Hi guys,

I just requested a withdrawal through Mr Green. It wasn't my first withdrawal but I never had to verify my account previously. Probably has to do with my large win this time around.

According to the player experiences here https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/ withdrawals are processed rather quickly.

My question is whether the Payment Department is working on weekends? Does anyone know this by any chance?

I see they do process in weekends, but I first need to know what documents they need from me. I'm just hoping they will get back to me soon and I don't have the wait until Monday.:rolleyes:

If anyone could clear this up, that would be much appreciated!

What was it you really needed to know?

They will ask you for the normal documents. ID, proof of address and you to verify what you used for deposits. If you used more then one way to deposit you must show documents for each and every one.
Live chat is really good there and I'm sure they will tell you all you need to know.

Be aware though that they have had some hickups lately with verifications and sometimes the rep here have had to step in to solve the issue.

I was a bit unsure as the verification button wasn't appearing. Since my post I've uploaded a scan of my ID and Utility Bill. And I just got confirmed that their payment department does indeed work 24/7.

Could you clarify though what you mean with documents for payment methods chosen? I can provide them with anything they want basically, luckily got a scanner/printer.

Does this concern screenshots of Neteller account for instance? I believe I've used my two different Skrill accounts (Merchant & Individual), Neteller, Paysafecard and my own Bank account in the past 48 hours.

A bit of a hassle if that's the case, but I'll happily take snaps if I have to. No worries Tirilej, I already took major risks to get my balance up this far bet size wise lol

Just made screenshots of all those payment methods and submitted them in advance. Took a good bit of my time, I wish they would be clear about what they exactly need from the beginning as even support couldn't answer that question.

Mainly small deposits @ using all those deposit options with the exception of Skrill:thumbsup:

So far it has been 8 hours since withdrawal request, and no word back from payment department. I guess if you're used to Redbet anything else seems like an eternity lol

Summer, vacations, verfication will make it take some time. All casinos ask for the same documents though, more or less.

Truth be told, I haven't played very much for the past 7 months or so. Let alone making a withdrawal @ Redbet. Are there any issues or changes I should be aware of? As far I recall, withdrawals always were within an hour if it was before midnight.

And you never know @ DNA test lol

Mr Green seems to have changed their website. I can't locate the FAQ, perhaps because it automatically shows the local version (Dutch in my case).

Didn't worry about docs as I'd first have to win to be in a withdrawal situation. But this time it was a large win above 2000 euros forcing me to upload documents.

The T&C's are probably specific for each region. Your paragraph 3.3.3 says KYC needed for any withdrawal larger then EUR1000 or cumulative in excess of EUR2300.

Maybe PM Patryck, their CM rep, to assist you. However, he does not work on weekends, hence it will be Monday before he reads it.

I would be just as impatient for that amount , in fact for any amount. :D That is why I always get the KYC things done before my first deposit. Saves me all the hassle and grieve in case i "magically" make it to a withdrawal. Maybe something you want to do as well in the future.

Mr. Green paid all my withdrawals in less than 1hr to Neteller, can't fault them on that one.

I totally respect your wise words Harry but occasionally a new casino to me comes along offering a promotion that is only for the day or a limited time.
I signed up to a new casino to me because of their football promo and if I had waiting 2-3 days or more for my docs to be verified I would have missed out on a lot of fun as well as a few nice withdrawals won specifically because of those deals.
What is more important to me is the assurance that they will pay out once verified rather than a swift withdrawal

To be honest, i never waited more than a few hours to be verified. At most casinos you can upload the docs directly and quite a few times i got the KYC confirmed straight after with a CS agent in their LiveChat.

I also do not register with that many casinos as i am very happy with my current regular hang outs. A mere SUB or some extra FS do not entice me to have yet another account.

Agree though, the most important thing is to get paid :D

I'm not sure that I would have signed up with Tonybet when I did had they not have offered 20 free spins during every game in the group stages of the Euro's. It was a great deal where you did not have to deposit and wager on those free spin winning if you didn't reduce the play through odds significantly,or to even x1 or less.

I wd 27k€ (my biggest win online to this moment) on a sunday and monday during the day it hit my bank account, this was a bank transfer btw wich i find odd why it was so fast, but i requested a wd last sunday from energy and it also hit my bank monday afternoon, they both use worldpay(their processor maybe?) regarding bank trasfers ive never seen anything as fast as these 2 outfits, you are a ok with them.

That's very fast indeed for such a large withdrawal. eWallets are usually much faster than bank transfers.
And I'm sure they will, I never seen any serious complaint regarding Mr Green.

Updates so far:

- After around 34 hours I received a request from their Dutch customer support staff with the request to send them another few screenshots of my Neteller and Skrill account with my personal information visible on it. I sent them screenshots of the transactions in particular previously which did display my username and amounts sent to Mr Green. I would have assumed the receiving party could see my first and last name when I deposit at their casino. About 40 min after this message, I provided them with what they requested via their upload tool on their site.

- After around 44 hours I received another message from their Dutch customer support staff that my screenshots have been forwarded to their payment department, and that it would take another 24-48 hours for their payment department to verify my documents. If no more documents are needed and approved I would receive my withdrawal within one business day on my Neteller account the mail said. Makes me wonder why my uploaded docs aren't sent to their payment department directly instead of having to deal with local customer support staff?

- After around 49 hours (time of writing this) still no OK from their payment department or payment.

Just sent a PM to their rep Patryk, perhaps he can help speeding up my withdrawal. Some nice soccer games on the menu today, and it's always nicer to watch with a bet.:lolup:

- Around 54.5 hours after the initial request I'm finally fully verified and received my withdrawal on my Neteller account.

I would like to think Patryk made a positive contribution towards my withdrawal getting speed up as I got contacted very shortly by their customer support team leader regarding some confusion towards docs submitted, and just a few moments later I got paid.

I wouldn't know if I would have got paid today either way so all credits to Patryk and customer support team leader.

Thank you Tirellej! I hate playing the patience game, but I'm well aware reversals usually end up in a catastrophe.

I'm just happy to be verified now, so I don't have to wait so long anymore:thumbsup:
 
6 days and still in reversible, no bonus played, took 4 days to verify account which has been delayed due to the casino making an error, (finally spoke to Alexander and he acknowledged the error, he was great) but am still waiting for their "their" processor to approve my withdrawal, I did however reverse but was lucky to turn 2k into 4.5k now 10k, will not reverse again, not impressed.

Ironically some of my biggest wins also came from reversing initially. I'd say 10K is more than enough!:thumbsup:

It helps to just walk away from the computer as frustrating waiting can be.

I had no email telling me this, I only found out as I logged in and saw the extra money in my balance.
I contacted live chat who didn't have a clue, didn't know why it had been reversed, but assured me I would get an email within the next couple of days explaining why, I haven't and its 2-3 weeks later now.
Sent Patryk a PM on here, he obviously couldn't be bothered to do anything either as he hasn't replied.
They have gone from being an excellent casino in my view to somewhere I won't be spending much, if anything, at in the future.

Something seems to be up with them, left Patryk a PM yesterday and Crosby last week, no replies, nuthin, emailed customer support and have had no response in over 24hrs, I don't play with bonuses, my info has been verified, I dep using Paysafe Cards from an authorized source, there really are no reasons for the delay, concerning for sure.
