But Mosse does have a point even though he/she maybe did not express it very good, What is this status? Is it certain vip status that can redeem it? Everything should be outlined here so you won't have people like Mosse wasting their time and getting peeved off and now Club World's staff is using their time to try and figure this out when they can be answering other questions and providing faster service to others. ( Not saying they are slow).

Anyway I voted for Karolina for rep of the year and club world is still tops but they can do some things here and there a lil better.

Mosse's account is dormant at the moment as last recorded activity on the account was back in 2013 to be exact - 12/25/2013.

When I created this promotion and wanted to engage all active players and give them a chance to win the JP we offer. If Mosse will re-establish his casino status I'm sure there may be more promotions available for him as well.

Saying this all promotions are still subject to status and in order to contribute to the Random Jackpot we do not force anyone to use any promotional offers.

The current promotion relates to LuckyRed and you tried to redeem WISH72 code. That was the account I checked. I didn't want to say this publicly but seems as you do not give up. Your account has been marked as bonus advantage play, despite the lack of activity this will be also the reason you couldn't use that code.

Feel free to take exact same screen shot in LuckyRed from the sign up date so all others can see.

I have asked this same bonus thing by email, from chat support and your casino rep here and i havent told one single time that why i havent been able to redeem any bonuses.

And now you are saying that im some kind of bonus abuser. Thats the biggest bs i have ever heard.

And yes, i usually take bonus when i play, whats wrong with that??? There is no abuse is that. I got no big wallet so i try to get me some more playing time and nothing else.

Anyone who looks at your bonuses and t/c sees the truth. There is no single way to get any advantage with those. Dont need to be any mathematician to figure that out.

Id really like to heard what other fellowmeisters think about this...

Been a player at Club World Group of casinos for about seven years. Don't use bonuses very often because I hate being tied to wagering requirements. It is better to cash out when you want to and not have any funky rules about what games can be played or max bets, etc.

Players who always use a bonus are considered bonus abusers.

To keep an account active, deposits should be made on a regular basis.

To use a promotion for a specific casino, the account for that casino should be active. Otherwise the coupon will be denied.

Never had any problems at Club USA or Aladdin's Gold. Don't play the other five casinos.

I am disappointed that you are writing as such when clearly Mosse is an aggrieved customer. I do not agree with his choice of words nor his attitude but you havent really tackled the issue which is about bonus codes. Did you really think Mosse would be so naive as not to understand he can choose not to claim coupons at all? On random Jackpots it is obvious that claiming bonuses gives you a higher chance of hitting them as your bet size is then larger. It has been confirmed by Dogboy001 that the chances of triggering a random jackpot increases with the size of your bet. Please dont talk to members as if they are ignorant on everything.

I think Karolina has been more than polite and professional in her responses and most importantly: CLEAR. I don't know why others can't see what I see, but it's clear - as Karolina stated - that this bonus code applies to LuckyRed which Mosse tried to claim on HIS LuckyRed, and due to his LuckyRed account being dormant with the last deposit made back in late 2013 (not his ClubWorld account, which is irrelevant as to this matter, even though he tried to misconstrued the facts of LuckyRed account to his ClubWorld account by - and all well knowingly - covering up with a false accusations towards Karolina that she was lying, by showing a screenshot of a account that has no relation to this matter).

This is the real world people, no time for childish lies or language. It's simple: LUCKYRED. Your ClubWorld account means nothing and using as a means to try and make Karolina look as though she was lying is not on, and what's also not on - is those who are jumping on this and using it as a means to join in on the bashing and hating of another. Back off.
