    Hey there,

    i did play there before and was always paid quite fast, and it just happened again... It's very sad the REP back then just didn't answer when they were accredited because i think it's an outstanding casino.

    Cashed out twice yesterday evening/night (total over 4000$), asked this afternoon via chat when it will be paid because i'm excited. The chat agent knew immediately what i was talking about, could tell me that the payout is approved and that the funds will be with me within 3 hours. 5 minutes later, BANG, the money was in my Skrill account.

    Excellent! Nothing else to say.

    And you guys can try out lots of exclusive Slots there (also quite a few Aristocrat ones including Tiki Torch etc.)

    Not many casino's have them,and if they do it is only 1 or 2. :)

    Yeah, and they have a few exclusive ones that NOBODY other has. I was always paid the next day via E-Wallet although they say 3-5 days, i think only one time it took a bit longer... 2 days..

    Yup they are and i never deposit with them. Why any casino places anti wallet rules is beyond me.
    If they are offering this as a choice to deposit it should be not be disallowed for any kind of bonus.

    I remember when ladbrookes implement this insane rule. I never played again. And they have lost at least
    5 or 6 years worth of deposits from me. Each to there own but I wont give a casino that implements restrictions
    of any kind on deposit method my money.

    yeah i totally feel you. usually i have the exact same opinion, but as MoneyGaming anyways doesn't offer lots of reloads and wuite a few slots are exclusive they still get my deposits sometimes :)

    Well I opened an account at Moneygaming and made my first deposit. I enjoyed the session however I did not make a cashout which at this point is no big deal for me:D Anyway 24hours later I get an email stating that they need my KYC documents.

    I sent them like I send them to every other casino that I am verified at. I sent a copy of ID and bank statement in PDF format. They responded back that this was not good enough they want me to take a picture of my ID with my phone fair enough I can do that but they also want an actual photocopy of my paper bill. I don't get any of my bills by post I receive them all online. I am not going to pay an extra fee for my bank to post me out a copy of my bank statement when the online one should be perfectly acceptable since it has all the pertinent information on it.

    This is the twenty first century for Gods sake quite a lot of people prefer the paperless billing option so these should be acceptable as proof of address. I have never encountered this problem before and I was quite offended by the request. So even though I would love to play again at this casino in the future because of the great games they have I refuse to change the way I receive my utility bills so I sent a request to close my account. I am a little bummed as I do like the games but this level of KYC in unacceptable to me.

    Thus this will be my first and last session with Moneygaming:(

    I have a pay as you go cell so that is out and my landline is part of my cable and broadband package and that bill is also received online so they probably won't accept that either. They want me to take a picture of my paper bill with my phone which obviously I cannot do since I don't get paper bills. I am really not too bothered about this just wanted to let others like myself who are paperless know what Moneygaming expects. I am not complaining or anything just writing of my experience with this casino.:)

    They responded again that I could just pop into my bank for a paper statement lol. I am not going to do that since that costs money and again I just won't play there again. If it there was a withdrawal then that would be a different story. They don't want PDF they want a picture of my statement and id taken with my camera phone. I really can't be bothered by all this hassle.

    PS with my bank the paper statements are identical to the online statements right down to the last detail so I fail to see the purpose of this ridiculous request. Again Moneygaming is just not worth the hassle so I am closing my account.

    I deposited £100 played it down to around £40 then played the summer solstice game had 2 features back to back first on £2.25 a spin which paid £420 the second on £4.50 a spin which paid £870 got 4 sun wilds on the first 4 reels which expand. As you can imagine I was very happy but unfortunately it was in pending state so long I got tempted and lost the lot. :(

    Well, I made a deposit on here thanks to seeing this thread, seemed like a good enough site. When I went to deposit I was greeted with only 2 deposit methods, Skrill and Neteller. I deposited through Neteller, expecting to get the welcome bonus, however it wasn't applied. I contacted the live chat and asked why, and it was of course because I deposited through Neteller. I retaliated by stating that I could only deposit through e-wallets, and he gets back to me the next day stating that, indeed, customers from my country can only deposit through e-wallets rather than credit cards for whatever reason.

    Was it wrong of me to assume that because I only had those two deposit options, I could claim the bonus by depositing through said methods? Because to me it seems fully reasonable. I've contacted them again asking if they can apply the bonus anyway as goodwill (as I'm sure anyone in my position would've made the very same assumption), but I doubt I'll be getting anything.

    Oh well. :rolleyes:

    EDIT: They did add 15 EUR to my account in the end. My deposit was 30 EUR, so that's a 50% bonus. Better than nothing I suppose.
