Baptism by Fire - success MoneyGaming enters the fire!

It would be much more appealing towards players if the bonus would be able to wager with right from the start and not offered as an after wager incentive ;(

The WR is so high though (effectively 50xB) that it'd damn near be a guaranteed bust out if it was a traditional bonus, at least with it being post-wager you do get something back eventually - but I have to say it's not for me.

On top of that all the Aristocrat slots (which I was interested in) are on the wrong side of 95% RTP (around 94.4% RTP usually), and the IGT slots are listed with that ridiculous 'range' of pays.

Overall not enough to tempt me, and I was quite annoyed to have to sign up to even try the games in free play mode (to get a look at the paytables), so they got all my details too.

I played for a while at this casino, until I closed my account, as I didn't feel there was enough variety in slots (a few more since I closed my account down) and I just wasn't having any luck whatsoever for quite a few months.

However, I had no problems playing at the casino, or issues with depositing or withdrawing. Not sure if it is still the same, but despite depositing by debit card, withdrawals were always paid out by cheque, which I thought was strange. It could be annoying for some people, if that is the case as you obviously need to go to the bank to pay it in. The cheque did however use to arrive very quickly.

Overall if you like Aussie style Pokie machines this is a good casino to play it.

I also closed my account down because the variety of games was pretty low, and the 25 BOTH deposit and bonus terms (with almost every non slot game being 10%) is unreasonably high, IMO, but I also had no problems with customer service and withdrawals were fairly quick.

Am I reading the SUB terms correctly here?

1) It's a post-wager bonus

and

2) It's only released when 25xD+B is wagered?

Assuming that's correct a £150 deposit gets a £150 'bonus' but I then need to wager £7500 (25x150+150) before my 'bonus' is actually playable/withdrawable?

Actually, in fact, it gets worse. Even after the £7500 is wagered and the 'bonus' is released, that still needs to be turned over once before it can be withdrawn!

Seriously bad terms IMO, and certainly enough to put me off. Stretching the definition of the word 'bonus' past breaking point too.

LoL i go in that total trap cause didnt read all T&C. I cant play IGT games at all, only i can lose in aristocrat games.
That was really nice job when i get email and realized that post-wager and terrible wagering requirements scam :S
Same trick what is in use in casino440... I think that peoples should forget this place...

Thank you for your email.

Regarding your query, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that for this to take effect you must meet the wager requirements.

Your first deposit bonus is instantly credited to your account upon your initial deposit and is displayed under 'Bonus amount (pending release)' on the 'Account Balance' page.
The bonus may not be wagered by you until it is released into your account.
It will be released and available for wager by you when you have placed total wagers equivalent to 50 times the value of your initial deposit (the ‘Wager Requirement’).

Hi all

Sorry for my long absence.

I have some fantastic news for you. You have told us you don’t like our welcome package and we have listened.

From today we have a whole new welcome package. It is a pre-wager 150% bonus which is instantly added to your account up to £300 bonus, or if your first deposit is £500 or more 100% up to £1000. Full details can be found at Outdated URL (Invalid)

The even better news? While this offer is for new players only as a special offer to all CasinoMeister players only we are extending this offer to you too even if you already have an account with us.

If you would like to avail of this offer a few simple requirements must be meet.

  • You must not have released the “First Deposit Bonus” on your current MoneyGaming account.
  • You must PM me for a review of your account prior to registering a new account (failure to do this may result in exclusion from this offer).
  • You must use all of the same details when registering your new account (name, DOB etc). You will have to use a different email address.
  • If you register and it says your payment card (or Neteller Skrill etc) is already in use please email customerservices@moneygaming.com with your old and new username and we can resolve this for you (please note this may take a day or two but it is unlikely to happen if you are using a credit or debit card).
  • If you are self-excluded you are unable to open a new account.

Best of luck on the games and please keep the suggestions coming.

Thanks
Paul

When I click that link I see only details of a 150% bonus up to £300 and no mention of a 100% up to £1000 or the t and c for that bonus, please could you ask them to update the site and please confirm the t and c in here thanks

(sent you pm also)

Hi

As per my reply in my PM please visit Outdated URL (Invalid) for the t&c's for the VIP welcome bonus.

Best of luck on the games.

Well I have now deposited several times at moneygaming, all seemed to go reasonably smoothly however.....

I went to make a very small withdrawal today. I have used my visa debt card to deposit a few times but when I went to withdraw the only options for me were "moneybookers, neteller, cheque, bank transfer(cost of £7.50)". I enquired about this on live chat and at first support appeared a bit surprised it was not available to me to withdraw back to the card I used to deposit but on repeating that it wasn't there for me they said it "was not an option". When I asked why? Support responded "Just not an option"

IMO this is extremely poor, there is not a single other place I have ever deposited at that does not allow withdrawls back to the debit card you have deposited with and infact almost every place I have ever played at INSISTS you withdraw back via your deposting method.

Have taken the cheque withdrawal, ho hum feels like 1993

Hi threescatters

I have reviewed your recent chat and I will be the first to admit that the chat operator in question did not handle your request in the ideal manner, please accept my personal apologies for this.

To clarify we do not currently have the ability for users to withdraw to card. We are working hard on implementing this and it will be in place in the coming weeks.

In the meantime we will be in direct contact with you very soon to offer you a solution.

Many thanks

I am a huge fan of the Aristocrat games, so I am very pleased that Moneygaming have these. In fact, this is one of the few places you can play Buffalo - a game that I always love to play when I am in Vegas!

Congrats to Moneygaming for making into the accredited section on CM. Also pleasing to see some quick responses from the rep ;)

Looks good but...

I'm keen to sign up but I'd like some clarification on the following terms if possible:

Low risk wagering or any game play which we might believe not to be in conjunction with the spirit of the promotion will not count towards the Wager Requirement for the £300 Welcome Bonus balance e.g. bets on red/black or odd/even on any Roulette Game.

Could you elaborate on this term please? how exactly do you define the "spirit" of the promotion? I only play slots. Am I restricted to some sort of maximum spin amount?

also:

Your initial deposit will be restricted until you have fulfilled the Wager Requirement, at which point you must wager your initial deposit amount once before it can be withdrawn. Any subsequent funds deposited into your account must also be wagered once before they can be withdrawn.

Does this mean that if I deposit 200 and get a 300 bonus I would need to wager:
300 x 30 PLUS 200? EG = 9200?

and lastly:

If you deposit further funds these may be used by you towards fulfilment of the Wager Requirement for the £300 Welcome Bonus, however these funds will only become available for withdrawal once you have fulfilled the Wager Requirement.

Can you explain this term a bit more clearly please? If I deposited, got the welcome bonus and then busted out (lost everything) would the wagering requirement carry over to my next deposit? Or am I misinterpreting?

thanks for your help in advance.

I don't mean to push but still no answer to my questions. If the rep is still checking this thread. please respond.

Thanks.

still no reply

Still no comment on my questions in this thread.

I have also PMed the rep and had no response so far.

A bit unfortunate if they want to get accredited, no?

Would be good to get a response...

Apologies, I was out of the office last week.

To answer your questions.

The first point is in relation ot bonus abuse only. This covers us players that may be looking to abuse the bonus and includes play such as placing equal bets on even and odd at the same time to move towards fulfillment of the wagering requirement. As a slots player, this should be of no concern to you.

To withdraw your deposit, bonus and any winnings, you must wager the bonus 30x, followed by your initial deposit amount 1x. If you only wagered your bonus 30x, you would be able to withdraw your bonus and any potential winnings but not your deposit. You would need to wager that through once after fulfilling the wagering requirement for the bonus.

If you lose your initial deposit and bonus amount through play, the wagering requirement is automatically expired and will no longer be placed on your account.

Thanks

Paul

That is crazy, you should not be making people rollover their own own money. Especially after they have already rolled over 30x on a bonus.

Pretty fortunate as I found the games smooth and no issues, I might mention I signed up from Mexico and it seemed very easy, I won a small amount on one of their games and had my money in to my Neteller account in a little less than 24 hours, So far so good.

I'm pretty sure we are good to go here. There have been relatively minor issues - all which seem to be within the norm.

Congrats Moneygaming - you're being promoted to Accredited.

Any naysayers need to make your issues known.

COngraz to moneygaming!

I just love the slots. I have deposited propably around 1000€ there and couple hours ago I was finally able to do my first withdrawals of 150 and 150€. Still have 150€ (some kind of lucky number I quess :D) to play with. Lets see how fast they are with the withdrawal . I got a confirmation about the withdrawal that it will take 3-7 days to process. I will be disappointed if it takes that long o.O.

money received. Withdrew took about 4 hours. No complains.
Great i sure hope thats a standard procedure for a withdrawal , and not because they happend to read your post and pay you :)
i have only just signed up there 2 days ago and deposit once, no withdrawal so wouldnt know :)

Hopefully it is standard. 3-7 days would put me off from their casino :(.
I have withdrew 550€ (or 500€) and still going strong with my leftover balance :D. finally giving something back after 1-2 months depositing.
