Misscalculated Winnings- Is that possible?

I was going to say something like this last night but I feared being rounded upon or accused of bullying or being transphobic or some other shite.

It's a perfectly reasonable point that the OP has made and it's down to the way the game history is being reported that has lead to the query of that win amount. The original spin most likely had that number of ways on each reel before any reel modifiers, and then single wilds were overlaid on the last 5 reels and the history interface doesn't have the capacity to show them properly, so it just blams wilds in each position, leading to the current confusion. A lot of seasoned players would get confused by this, never mind brand new ones. A win like that always looks more valuable than it really is because of player expectations, so the very least BP can do is show the win properly in game history.

Everything the OP has said makes perfect sense to me. He explained the circumstances of the screenshot in the first post he made, and is consistent with his replies.

Genie Jackpots Megaways IS a buggy and glitchy game; I've had rounds payout the wrong amount before, but didn't see the worth in chasing it up - I was playing with the last few pence of bonus money, and was never going to beat the wagering.

I'd be asking the casino to escalate to the developer - or even email the developer yourself to ask them what they think it should have paid.

To be clear - I don't think the OP is lying. And I don't think the casino is lying; they supplied the screenshot, and Blueprint provided the win amount. Blueprint have given the wrong payout amount, but the casino hasn't looked into that. They've checked their logs, seen Blueprint gave a win of x amount, and confirmed that.

Not only is slots a scam in general now u wont be able to trust slot payouts anymore to?
Damn i got 4 wild reels on a megaways slot nah fck provider then told me it suppose to be 1x wild per reel .. Lmaooo

So what you advise the next step should be?
Contact blueprint gaming directly, something else or should leave it?
I would work on the belief that you were in fact paid correctly and Blueprint's game history reporting isn't flexible enough to show complex game rounds properly, leading to the confusion you've experienced. It's likely that BP get inundated with queries just like yours all the time, and one would hope that they are working on a solution. But maybe if you were to raise it with the online casino as @danofthewibble says, they'll forward it to BP and it might lead to a fix being expedited, so other players won't have to endure the negative experience that you and your friend have.

All the best, and welcome to the site

So if the genie landed one time on reel 2, three times on reel 3,three times on reel 4, one time on reel 5, one time on reel 6.
That makes the multiplier 1x3x3x1x1= 9?
And has one 9,one hat, one K, one A on the first reel it would pay:
for the hat: 9x Stake x Hat = 9 x 0.8 x 2.5 = 18
for the Nine: 9x Stake x Nine = 9 x 0.8 x 0.5 = 3,6
for the King: 9x Stake x King = 9 x 0.8 x 1 = 7,2
for the Ace: 9x Stake x Ace = 9 x 0.8 x 1 = 7,2
18+3,6+7,2+7,2=36 ?
If that adds up to 36 euros then you and @paul7388 are quite right, he with his suggestion of 2 reels at 3x Wilds and your working the wins out with the 4 reel 1 symbols to exactly 36e. And me, who suggested the back end depiction messes with the symbols, although not in the way I thought (I said omitting the non-paying tiles) but instead, as stated above, replacing the non-paying symbols with wilds.

So I think that's mystery solved now. You got the right win, the maths all figures, but for some reason the back end cannot identify the non-paying tiles on the reels 2-6 where a wild was present so rather bizarrely puts wilds in their place instead.

I have already apologised to @RazlDazlRaidio - I again am sorry for saying what I said before we got more information.

All I was merely doing was showing some sceptics to the original post. When more information came to light and as others replied it become clear I was a bit over the top so again I apologise for that.

I can not take back what I posted, I wished I could. But it is too late now. From now on though if I see threads similar to this in the future I will stay clear from even replying.

I did say a few posts after we got more information that @RazlDazlRaidio - needs to get his friend to make an account to start a PAB. Or as others have now said. Contact Blueprint Gaming Directly giving them all the evidence and game round ID and screenshots etc and await a response.

I wish you both good luck though and again I am sorry.

@DreamRJ

I've seen a fair share of your posts over the years (on CM & 3Dice) and the pattern you always exhibit is starting a fire, running away from the fire, coming back and apologizing for setting the fire... The cycle just keeps repeating over and over.

Hence why I posted and said this will no longer happen :)

You had to apologise on another thread about a week or so ago.

As NAJ said, you just repeat the cycle over and over.

Sadly it's got to the stage where members are admitting they are not calling you out for it, through fear of being accused of bullying or being transphobic, as thats the way you work, if anyone dares to question you play the poor me card and go running to Bryan.

The way you and your side kick Jamie ripped into the OP with no evidence was disgraceful.

People really are getting sick of it.

I had a similar looking win on this game and I thought to myself wow thats gotta be huge, it was 110x bet, the pays on this slot are deceiving.

edit: found a screenshot, actually was nowhere near as impressive as yours (low multipliers)

Yeah it is amazing the ones that always say they are bullied seem perfectly capable of bullying others.

But to be fair to Dream he does not really use the Homophobic card any longer. It is the other one that anytime people disagree with them that uses that.

I play genie a bit and can confirm that bonus is notoriously bad paying, you think yes a monster but it must be the worst megaways for that particular bonus, I forgot the guys name that plays it a lot, but he'd be able to confirm as well.

It's still a fun game, doesn't pay big a lot, but on occasion it can put out monsters. Good luck to your friend, don't let the attacks of "you're lying" put you off this forum, it really is good and informative.

That guy's name that you're thinking of is most likely @KasinoKing
