omg now i am mad. i took the free chip at vegas regal and managed to make the playthrough and i could cash out the maximum wich was 75 euro. in order to cash out i had to deposit a small amount so i deposited 25 euro and then i could make a withdraw of 100 euro. i made a withdraw of 100 euro and waited. today i get a mail in my mailbox saying they reversed my withdraw as requested? I NEVER ASKED FOR THE WITHDRAW TO BE REVERSED. and that my accountbalance is now 100 euro. i open up the casino software and there is only 25 euro in there, they removed the 75 from the free chip :mad:
i did all this effort of playing this freechip through and now with an obvious lie they removed it.

Have you even bothered to contact Vegas Regals Support or for that matter the Forum Rep here for Vegas Regal? His name is Nicholas Johnson.

And if you did contact him or support, why did you not mention it above?

And if you didn't contact support or Nicholas to find out and get to the bottom of this issue then why not? I really would like to know why so many of you peeps here start these bitch and moan threads without first putting in some due-diligence!

I seriously hope that you have contacted one of them prior to making this post above...

Miranda, you're not a newbie here anymore...but I have to wonder if you've ever taken the time to read the forum rules/guidelines?

There are a whole list of forum reps listed at the top of the page here. It is one of the benefits of being a member of this forum to have these reps available to you. You have an ongoing issue about the GeeGees slot, which certainly sounds serious enough to warrant a post...but, in that post you said you were surprised that someone from 32Red hadn't PM'd YOU?? Why didn't you send any one of the many reps from there a PM? They are not psychic, and the reps who visit the forum (from any casino) don't have time to read every thread.

Yesterday, you started a thread about Nedplay locking your account...two hours later, you posted it was reopened by support. Did you PM the rep here or just start the thread?

If you're lucky throughout your gaming, you won't run into many problems, but if and when you do....the reps are here to help you. You don't need to post about every single bump in the road you run into.

I may sound harsh, but I'm trying to give you a helping hand here. I don't know what happened with Vegas Regal, and I'd be upset too. But the best way to get the situation resolved is to start with the rep...a post on a forum shouldn't ALWAYS be your first course of action. Your call.

Yesterday they locked your acount and you came runnin here without contacting casino and ask what the problem is. Then i was sorted. Looks like another one. :eek:
 
well sorry actech but that's just the way i am. if you had a lot of s**t in your life like myself you would also act this impulsive as myself. i can't help myself, it's like an automated defence. my outburst here is a response to the mail that i received from them saying something in that mail wich obviously is not true and when i see unjustice something in my head flips and i need to react.
anyway can a moderator put the word solved in the title because i contacted support and i now know what the problem is.
seems i already had an account at that casino, well atleast that is what they are saying but they couldn't provide me with the login name though. i must have made that account a few months back then because i honestly cannot remember it. maybe it's my own fault for having so much casinos at my desktop, i couldn't see the forest throug the trees anymore :rolleyes:
anyway i told the casino-operator that it is a bad idea to send people who get their bonus taken away for multiple accounts ot other reasons a standard fabricated mail saying we reversed your withdraw as requested when the person did not ask for a reverse, this could lead to embarressing situations like this wich are not good for the casinos rep.
i better go do something else now for a few weeks or i might do other stupid things :rolleyes:
 
Max, I would most definitely suggest a thread title change here on this one. This entire thread was totally unnecessary IMO and could have been avoided if Miranda had only done a little due-diligence on her own first before reacting. Hopefully, Miranda, you will take this episode here and the suggestions and help that the others here offered and learn from it for future threads and posts..:)

I doubt whether they will rob you of a petty $75 so your effort should be worthwhile. However, I also experienced something similar with regard to automatic reversal of withdrawals at Club Vegas USA (also a Rival). I had deposited,won a bit and then withdrew. The most ridiculous thing that instead of apologising they first stated that I did not wager my deposit even once which is a lie and then they said I played disallowed games which is beyond belief as I took no bonus on that occasion. I shook my head in disbelief as there is only $50 in contention and I had earlier lost $50 so my cashout still leaves me in the red ($25).

I hope Nicolas can shed some light on this. The reversal of cashouts should be done at the request of the player and not a ploy to entice players to lose everything back though I doubt Vegas Regal will stop so low.

Simmo will get mad if he reads this thread given his interest in reversal of withdrawals.:D

Suggest you learn to learn to act a little less impulsively. You being you is one thing, you being you and messing with the Forum Rules is another. No one needs to post here without trying to contact the casino reps and support first.

If you continue posting rashly like this we'll put you on the Moderated list so that nothing you post will appear until one of us moderators has approved it. If you can't control your posting habits then we'll have to do it for you.

Be an adult, stop making excuses and step up to your responsibilities as a member here. If that's too much for you then there are other forums where outbursts and impulsive posts are more welcome.
 
i cashed out on a free chip from them with no problem after i made the deposit of 25 as requested i got my deposit and my winnings they have very nice live support to sorry you seem to be having such a problem it is most likely a misunderstanding good luck

I made a post way back a few years ago, without thinking and like you it was an outburst, but it offended some and i made sure to never do this again.

Pina, as she stated didnt want to seem harsh and gave you pretty good advice as well as the other posters.

I had wonderful folks who took me under their wing when i was a newbie and i think its made me a better member of this forum due to them.

There is a very wise member here, you may not know of him yet, his name is "Jetset" , the best advice he gave to me and i still follow it to a tee, is before you hit that submit reply, preview it first,then ask yourself, do i want others to read this? It sure will help you in the long run to become a better poster as i do think you have alot to offer on this forum, this is my lil bit of advice i wanted to pass on to you as a new poster.

cough cough when I want to go off the wall I will email myself the angry email that I want to post about oh a member or cutomer support or even a family member then I wait about 30 minutes an go an read it then 1/2 the time I just delete it as i see how stupid I look in angry mode:D
