microgaming tournaments --- or lack of !!!!

Anyone else being frustrated by tournaments at microgaming casinos. I love to play these - but over the last few weeks they have become a total shambles - tournaments are scheduled , have qualifiers , but then do not appear -- the weekend whopper did not appear for two weeks running , the 3 day $12 survivor did not appear this week , and todays midweek moolah has not appeared- just a few examples but there have been many others.

I have emailed microgaming but they have not even had the decency to acknowledge my emails. I have contacted 32red and they have presumably not managed to get a response either. I am trying to find direct email addresses of senior managers at microgaming to email them direct as it could be incompetent staff who are hiding these problems from them - can anyone help me with that.

They have been varying degrees of a shamble for some while. This is not the first complaint about scheduled tournaments simply not appearing. Things have been worse in the past, with tournaments having been cancelled AFTER they have ended, and for no reason that can be deduced from the rules, such as too few players.

This is probably a sign that players are deserting these because of their long history of being "buggy", and the fact that MGS have done almost nothing to address the issues being raised.

Here again, they are not replying to a query from one of their operators, hence the operator cannot reply to the player.

I am STILL awaiting feedback from 32Red about what seems a simple issue, a fault in a game module that leads to "this module is unavailable - try again later" every time the game is selected. Surely a simple matter of reinitialising or reinstalling the faulty module on 32Red's server, but a week later and zero progress.

If MGS can't handle the simple stuff, it is going to take "forever" to handle the more complex issues of MPV.

Whilst MGS have been dawdling, other softwares have implemented tournament modes, and quite a few players say these are better implementations than MGS, and is probably where all the players have jumped ship to.

Wouldn't happen to be Game On would it? I can never get that one to work....

No, it's Cops & Robbers.

Maybe I should try them all in case I too can't get Game On working.

I haven't been too keen on Game On because I expect it is still empty after last year
