MG gamble feature

Does anyone know if Microgamings "gamble" feature on slots is truely a 50/50 bet? Do they advertise it as such?

In video poker it is stated that the game is dealt from one 52 card deck, but I haven't seen this stated for the gamble feature. In theory they can build in whatever edge they want for this bet.

The only 50/50 part would be picking colors, otherwise it would be 25% picking suits. But the gamble feature does use a 52 card deck on slots.
