he asked if i wanted anything for christmas....i didn't realize he was really asking me.

so i said i really don't ask for much and really don't need anything. i thought he was being polite wishing me a merry christmas asking me about what i want.

i'm an idiot and probably don't deserve a gift because i am an IDIOT.

and no didn't get a bonus ether.

He should offer something to choose from, or simply give something out, not ask as if you would get a car if you wanted one

With the average UK wage sitting at 30000 euro gross per annum you would have thought depositing the same is very significant.

I agree you are not an idiot at all. You were being very modest and apparently did not expect anything. Like Trillej said, I think they should have made it clearer. I hope they make good on their offer Stevie! If you receive an email from Kenny he is usually offering something. Personally, I would email Kenny back.

This is what I don't understand.

I didn't expect an Ipad like the OP but equally didn't I expect to be treated as a player that makes the odd deposit here and there too.

There are some significant sums of money being deposited by players in this topic alone without a little Christmas goodie in return.

If this were me in charge of it, I would have had some kind of tier system with comps on a sliding scale. From Ipads to the big guns going down to free spins for the smaller depositors.

And yes we all get race money and cashback including the big guns.

Nobody is blaming you for sharing what a casino rightly so has given you for Christmas. It shows that they do and can look after their customers.

Others are a little miffed why they were left out unlike last year despite depositing more.

I understand that the casino has grown and that therefore the number of bigger depositors will increase it therefore pushing you down the list so to speak.

But at the same time you would still expect a token of appreciation for being loyal and helping to make the casino grow. Such appreciation is best shown on special occasions such as birthdays and Christmas.

I wagered roughly $0.5 Mio this year at VS --> appr. 20K in net profit to them minus any bonuses and freebies. I think that is a good value for any casino.

That is true what you're saying but don't forget that there are some that did get a Christmas gift on top of those things that you mentioned. In other words, the race and cashback money is for every player irrespective of how big or small a depositor they are.
