Hello i have recently had a decent win on their site withdrew it was approved in 30 minutes which is always good , but im from britain playing with gbp deposit with gbp
they are sending me the withdrawal in euro.
Last withdrawal from them was in 2023 it was sent in euro which took 3 working days to hit my account which is fine, i lose the currency exchange amount when my bank changes it to gbp had the same problem with risk but they changed it to gbp.
Anybody had the same problem? aslo not sure how to find the rep from videoslots

What payment method? Sounds a bit weird if it's just normal bank/card.

Maybe something weird with their payment processor. Hopefully the rep will clear up the issue as it's a bit of a hassle/loss for you.

Ty for the reply only reason im posting here is because i had the same problem at their sister site and live chat had no idea way above what they know, in the end they put the current loss amount in my account.
The withdrawal is for £2800 so not a small amount.
Can u tag the rep im struggling to find out how lol

Isle of Man is not on UKGC regulation, maybe they thing you are on Ireland
