I didn't play MM for ages, and just noticed today that mini RJ looks back to normal - i.e. 10 bucks or about. That is BTW.

Question:
It says on the MM paytable, page 1, where wheel of fortyne is pictured - 'bet higher for more chances to win' - anybody can explain what does it mean? I happened to get Random Jackpot in RTG casino on a minimum bet of 25 cents... what about MM? How much I really need to bet to qualify for RJ?

Only luck

taken from the site:
"Klaus E. from Finland took home an amazing $5,556,753.68 in April 2008, when he hit the Mega Moolah Progressive Jackpot at Blackjack Ballroom Casino (Brian no url! ok? ....crapmeister )after placing just a 50c bet! A short time later he and his fianc boarded a flight headed "Down Under" to Sydney, Australia, where he met with Casino Rewards representatives and picked up his massive check! During his stay Klaus enjoyed the sites of Sydney and made time to see some Australian wildlife. At present Klaus sits as one of the biggest jackpot winners ever at an online casino."

great question fleur
i think its another 1 of those question we will never know for 100% certain but here is what i personally think happens...
MG set the wheel to be spun after say for example $2,000 has gone through the slot, now if ur betting $1 a spin the odds are obviously less to spin on exactly that $2k mark than if u was betting $10 a spin as it could be on $1,992 then ur $10 bet would take it over and you would trigger it.....all example numbers but thats what i personally think happens.......as for them saying it triggers randomly this way is random as they have no idea who will spin on exactly the amount needed...
as for the random jackpots on inet e.t.c i think the same thing occurs as the JP is set to pay out at say $5,634.98 if ur betting high then ur obviously contributing more to the JP so it rises faster giving you more chance to hit..

all my opinion of course and im sure a few will take the pi$$ out of what i have put :D

yes, whats up with that? How does that fit into the "random"-theory and why did that NOT affect the payout for the players?

Obviously (pun intended) there is nothing going on so theese are perfectly valid questions! (Maby already answered in another thread, I didn't care to search)

That really confused me as well. I was under the impression you had to bet max to win that MM JP. I read that person winning on a 50cent back and came in here and asked. I was told that you dont have to play MAX. So why does it say that? Perhaps to make people think they need to bet max? Thats out right deception and another reason I dont play at MG

Well I think it's pretty clear; If you're betting $5/spin you have 10 times more chance of triggering the bonus wheel than if you're betting 50c/spin.

Once you get to the bonus wheel everyone has exactly the same chance of hitting any of the jackpots regardless of how much they were betting.

That would be completely fair - anything else would not.

Of a much bigger concern is if the jackpots have been put back, as Fleur says (I haven't checked myself).
I find this all highly disturbing considering MG seem to have not said a thing about it.
I can't wait until Vinylweatherman sees this thread...
