I would understand if you had a special campaign involving Mega Moolah, say, a deposit bonus or free spins, but I actually have no idea what you're trying to convey here.

I deposited at Leo Vegas last night, at around 1 am. in order to have a try for the jackpot. But neither mega moolah or The dark knight would load, and Live chat wasn't available. So I ended up blowing the deposit on DOA :(

The game provider for Mega Moolah and The Dark Knight was down for maintenance for a few hours earlier today and games were unavailable. During this time we did have an extremely high volume of chat contacts, I'd say this is why you could not get through at that time.

Probably just a small mistake as NetEnt was discussed earlier, no bad intentions from my part.

why can't casinos have a message on their lobby page, to tell customers things like this? It can't be too difficult to do.

Although they'd probably rather let CS take the heat, than maybe put someone off depositing

Thank you for the reply. That is a question I have asked a couple of times myself. The response I was given from our tech support is that it is extremely difficult in some cases and quite simple for some. In the case of issue with a game we are unable to post a message, this is up to the game provider. We certainly display a message on our site when we can.
