Whine and Moan Meeting Playthrough requirements at Slotocash (Rival)

Hi, I recently took a bonus at Slotocash and had a couple of good hits and had played for quite a while, so I contacted CS via Livechat to ask how much remained. They told me $408, so I went back to playing. I was trying to count, but then kind of lost tract, so I kept going back to the cashier to check, but it still showed my bonus as active. I had been at over $900 when I asked, and finally when I was at $571 I asked again...I had had some wins, and support informed me I had met my playthrough. I think I had met it quite some time ago, because I was mostly playing $1 or $1.50 spins, and had some wins, although nothing huge. If my comp counter is an accurate gauge, I think i met it about $180 earlier than that.

It is late and I don't really want to slog through my logs, and I am quite happy with the cashout, but I thought I would give my fellow players a heads up to check with livechat support, not to just keep watching the cashier.

A possible solution would be a "self-cahsier-check" like in the MG`s casions, or even those RTG things.
Sure, this is what "should" happen, you keep on playing....loosing...

The casino will look upon your play as favorable too Jasmine and continue to offer you good bonus coupons in the future since you did not immediately cash out as soon as you met the wager requirements, WTG on your nice win there too ! :thumbsup:
