Come to the balmy SW of England, foxgloves, wallflowers etc. still in bloom as the unseasonal warm weather continues, muggy 18-20c by day and not much less by night. Not put the heating on yet this autumn..:)
Yes, a bit rainy in spells and the danger of the increasingly cold arctic air coming down and clashing with the southern warm air, which equals storms. Oh yes! that's what we've got coming Sunday/Monday.....:(

is that flood in your town ? we get flooding in the next town over that is predictable [they need a viaduct evacuation system
but it never happens

yes its flooding in some cities
that was only 1 of the 10 cities that got this situation, (fortunaly where i live did not happen yet)

here there´s not viaduct evacuation system because its not usual
usually by this time already is a bit of cold, but flooding its not a common situation neither close, specially before december-january....

The UK has strange Micro-climates depending on where you are, be it rain, extreme lack of rain and snow even in summer.

When the weather patterns change that push weather from the north artic regions south the cold is met with the effects of the gulf stream this making the cold wetter and the transfer of cold quicker, and conversely when the weather pushes from the south the heat is met with moisture from the gulf stream that makes the heat sticky and uncomfortable.

To summarise put all the weather conditions you can in a blender, mix for a while and send it to the Brits, it’s all they know they have to talk about the weather because while they are aware of the concept of seasons they don’t apply. :D

To my shame I have pictures of dandelions with flowers on Xmas day, now that is wrong on so many levels :lolsign:

Now you're got your hand stuck in the cookie jar, how do you take it out? :)

No seriously nice picture, I would do one of me fighting the rain darkness, cold and high winds but unfortunately my camera hates low light and rain :)

And my hands don't function well when numb unlike my brain. :lolsign:
