WHAT!? So at some point you were spinning over $5 a spin and it let you do so? That really does suck. Especially as the maximum bet whilst playing on a bonus with most RTG's is $10 a spin. And my payout was DECLINED because iNetBet has a maximum coupon bet of $5 and for some unknown reason the software allows you to exceed the maximum bet. Shady practices, if you ask me. Any reputable casino wouldn’t allow you to exceed the max bet size. Do better, @iNetBet Promos
You’ll never get my business again and I hope others are more careful. This is disappointing because I know other RTG casinos have fixed this issue

Really sorry to hear this news :-(
If it is any consolation, that is EXACTLY how I would play a bonus if I hit a big win, to try and get to the wagering requirement. I know we are always told to read the T & C's when accepting any bonus, but I wrongly thought as it turns out that $10 was the maximum spin allowed across the board when it comes to RTG casinos. Thanks @Webzcas
I made bets of $6.25 and $7.50 to get through the playthrough after this big win. I also assumed $10 max and that the software would protect me. Every other RTG has fixed this. This is not accredited casino behavior in my opinion.
I would love it if iNetBet and @emily_hanson could make that happen. Doubtful though. It works in their favor that a big hit doesn’t have to be paid out.Gosh, what a sad outcome
Honestly, posts like this and some of the stuff I have gone through recently make me reconsider altogether. Yeah, there's terms and conditions, as there should be, but there's no good faith from most operators anymore.
For example as a good faith, just deduct the remaining wagering balance from the balance at which the first violation happened; treat every spin after as a dead spin.
For sure it's most likely not going to happen, but that's my point with no good faith left in the industry. Absolutely there should be terms, 100%. But in your case, I can't see how any advantage was earned - which is what the rule is designed to protect.I would love it if iNetBet and @emily_hanson could make that happen. Doubtful though.
