Hello,

I’ve been playing on Lukki.com since it has opened. I’ve made withdrawals here and there and have been fully verified. This weekend I won $130,000. I spoke to a rep and they said there is no time frame for transactions this big and they also mentioned it was the biggest win they have seen.

I’m very stressed I won’t get my winnings. Does anyone have experience with a withdrawal this large?

Hello,

As it happens you are in luck because we have very good contacts at this casino group and that could be most helpful in getting this taken care of for you. If you'd like us to look into this for you you're welcome to use our complimentary Player Arbitration (PAB) service.

If you have any trouble with that here's a guide to steer you through the PAB submission: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum

If you do proceed please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply with the rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

Sent in :) Thank you!

Doesn’t there have to be an issue before you submit a PAB or have I missed something?
I guess technically a complaint would be "its too slow" even though its not a delay its just their limits. Perhaps there's been precedent within the PAB team and DAMA for increasing limits in cases like this which is why they want to help.

Whatever the case the big number would definitely be a good start to beating last years PAB stats!

Unless there's an issue I don't see why the casino would not pay. So helping the player to "recover" 130k and then adding that to the PAB stats seems weird if there was nothing to "recover" in the first place. I mean he won it in the weekend and it's monday now, you can't even call that a delay. I would also be panicking if I was the OP though, for such a life-changing amount of money, but I probably wouldn't be posting a PAB about it literally the day after.

They just won’t communicate with me and keep sending me pre-written messages. Sorry, I don’t mean to annoy anyone.
You really need to stop posting here now you have a PAB!
If people ask, just say it's still ongoing. Please do not provide information pertinent to the PAB. You were already advised regarding this above and have continued to comment.
Don't jeopardize the free help on your behalf which could be very valuable to you.

It's also worth pointing out that when in arbitration the casino would not normally communicate directly with you anyway, so expect that as an ongoing consideration.

Again, please make it the final time for I fear next time your PAB will be toast and that would be a shame given the amount involved!

Thanks!

By writing in this thread you are going to end your PAB before it even begun. Did you read the rules for using a PAB? Just ignore this thread until the PAB is solved.

You aren't annoying anyone, we are just having a discussion here, but you may not participate in it unless you're fine with forfeiting said PAB. Do not reply to this message either nor dunover's.

A reminder to not discuss the complaint until the PAB process concludes.

The "delay" would be the months it will take to withdraw due to limits (4-5 months). I do actually agree with you though I was just explaining how it could be "technically" possible to PAB. I do think it is a bit odd to kinda pre-emptively PAB, especially at a softswiss casino.

I did check to see if they had any jackpot/large win terms for quicker payouts and while looking for a pertinent term I saw this one which would be more of a concern (reminder to furlotted, don't discuss with us whilst PAB is ongoing, if this term concerns you, mention it in your PAB ticket):
Maximum cumulative profit on all Casino Games (excluding any progressive jackpot wins) in any daily period (00:00-23:59 UTC) by each customer shall be capped at USD 100,000 (or currency equivalent) for VIP users, and at USD 50,000 (or currency equivalent) for non-VIP users. If a bet or wager is made by you that takes your profits over the limit within the daily period (00:00-23:59 UTC) you will be paid out up to USD 100,000 for VIP users and USD 50,000 (or currency equivalent) for non-VIP users and users on a Vip trial period, and any excess profits may, at our discretion, be voided entirely.

Essentially a $50k/$100k daily win cap. Since it is a discretionary term it isn't guaranteed to be applied. Aspire Global have/had a term for a $500 win cap that was applied at their discretion so i never played at their sites. $50/$100k profit is fine but still a nasty surprise if you didn't read terms.

EDIT: and on the note of "quicker payout" term, its essentially just paying out your win $30,000 at a time each month which simplifies it but doesn't make it go faster.
