They will. In 5 days. They have lots of positive. Like some nice poker promos (unibet), huge slots tournaments... but what in the actual hell is this chat support suppose to help with exactly? They know nothing about .... anything. They dont have any solution ever. They are so bad, it looks fake. Their response are often completly false and misleading. I understand that putting an incompetent with no acess to any financial ressource on chat support saves money in the present but it makes the company look so bad. Its a perfect mix of bet365 cheapness, maneki old lady that never heard the term wager and Betsson secretaries that have only one ability : to send emails to the right department.
I still remember the day n1 chat agent Alex dealt with a huge technical problem regarding withdrawal from a jackpot, a whole bonus balance that dissapeared when a quickfire game crashed and ate the balance and leaving no evidence (2 hours talk with manager and his conclusion was : I lost a 100$ balance on one single 1$ spin) and finallly the most important that 99% of casinos will never understand : understand the value of a customer, being able to use logic even if a vague term could be applied in favor of the casino, being so honest that for the first time in 15 years, you have personnal, fun and interesting conversations about life, jobs, vacations and even family. It builded a certain trust for me, but it eventually vanished when no one else was at this level. Its funny how softswiss agents have different level of things they can or cannot do. Sometimes it changes, with a one day timeframe, and suddenly easy things that were awesome the day before... are now a copy paste solution : wait k thx bye
At least they were keeping their own chat « name » over time. I realized recently that they shuffled things up a little bit. Suddenly agents dont understand same jokes you did the last times, admit they are the new « agent name » and that the old one is in the hospital. How to be the best at something and failing at realizing it. Then doing the opposite. At least they actually help 99% of the time. They are the relevant ones.
