Maple Casino?

I was looking at the great bonus offered here for Maple and was wondering how you guys like the place? I just did an online chat and didn't get any help. The guy mentioned a different casino and couldn't answer any of my questions, said the system was down.... Hmmm.... I have searched the net for reviews of this place but can't find any...
The extra $20 is expiring tomorrow, so any help would be appreciated.
I can't even tell if this is sticky...

I have had nothing but good experiences with Maple Casino and all other casinos in the Vegas Partner Lounge Group. Their customer service is top notch so I would assume that the claim of the systems being down were true otherwise they would have been more helpful. I can't give any info on the bonuses as I never claim them but I am sure someone here will let you know about the Maple bonuses. I just checked the promotional T&C, Old / Expired Link, and don't see anything about it being sticky.

Some important points, though:

Players must wager at least 15 X their initial deposits + bonuses before making any cash-ins.
Players must wager at least 10 X their subsequent deposits and 10 X bonus amounts before making any cash-ins.

This offer includes all Maple Casino games except Blackjack ie. Wagers on Blackjack do not fulfill your obligation with regard to the total amount wagered. PLEASE NOTE : wagers on Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Craps do not fulfill your obligation with regard to the total amount wagered on your initial match deposit, but wagers on Baccarat, Roulette and Craps DO fulfill your obligation with regard to the total amount wagered on your subsequent deposits.
