Just as I posted last week I am here to say I had another great experience with Maple Casino, and Vegas Partner Lounge. Made a cash out request on the 14th (1 day ago) and just checked my Neteller account to see the over $800.00 there. Combine these fast payouts with the amazing CS when I had to call, or email them, and the fairest online BJ game play I have had (Vegas Strip BJ) and this blows away my experience with any RTG when I used to play at RTG's Can't say enough good things about them

I have not tried that one yet. I just stick to Vegas Strip as it has the best odds of all the BJ games in the Viper, unless of course it is one of the few Vipers that have the old single deck BJ.

Count me in,guys. Great service,excellent games,super-fast payouts. You name it,they have got it. This casino should serve as an example to operators as to what an online casino should be like. I have been a bit hesitant to post simply because I would not wish for anyone to think I was promoting any one casino, but I would like to just let others know of my experience with this casino in hopes that it might help others if they are making a decision to play there.

I deposited there the day before the big Neteller "crash". (wheww) I met wagering requirements and requested a cashout. I immediately received an email from Maple confirming that they had received the request and if they needed further info, they would contact me (fax back info).

They further sent me another email the following day stating that there were problems with Neteller, but to assure me that as soon as it was resolved, my money would be back into my neteller account.

They sent me another email followup confirming that the money had in fact been transferred. I checked my Neteller and sure enough, it was there.

Very fast payout, no hassle, nice mg viper software, and EXCELLENT communication on their part.

While I read on here how some have to wait in the wings with no communication or answers to emails, this was definitely not the case here.

I hope others have good experiences here, such as I did.
