I have switched over to playing at Microgaming from RTG's and decided to download and play at Maple Casino. I have got to say it has been the best online gaming experience I have ever had. yes, I play only MG, casinowebcam now. vegaspartners lounge is a great group. so is fortune lounge and belle rock. from my experiences, all these MG groups pay promptly without hassles. BJ can be streaky, but seems quite fair compared to RTG's ridiculous outcomes.

Yes the Vegaspartnerlounge is fantastic. I have played at nearly all their casinos and there have never been any hassles. The customer service is great. However,I had to produce documents for a cashin of $230 at Maple casino. Nevertheless,its still ok. At the same time,I stick my neck out and diasagree with many that the fortune lounge group is awesome. I have had several months delay with a $600 cashin at Vegas villa last year. In September,out of the blue,they closed my account and those of my wife without any reason. When pressed,they simply said that they had made a thorough review and that the decision was final. Thumbs down for the fortune lounge.

I did read on the VPL website that they may request ID documents but it is most likely dependent on where you live and what withdrawal method you use. I am in Canada and I used Neteller to withdrawal. It was over $800.00 and no documents were requested and the money was sent to my Neteller in less than one business day. I don't think any casino should request documents if you use Neteller, as the verification process is already done by Neteller and it is hard to use a certified Neteller account under a false name. Thanks for the info on Fortune Lounge. I was going to try them out but I think I will pass. Long cashin waits and locking of accounts with no real explanation is enough for me to stay away.

Deposited some at Cinema casino early this week, played for a bit and got my $92 up to $250 and decided to cash out. Checked the terms & conditions as I knew they have the 15% bonus that they might add to my account later and I hadn't wagered a lot.

Seemed logical to me they just wouldn't give me the bonus when I requested a withdrawal before even getting it. Of course they would rather make me play and lose so when I checked my account after a couple of days there withdrawal was back and some bonus too.

Well, of course they can do that if they want to so I just went ahead and completed the wagering requirement and requested a new cashin.

Then I sent an email asking them to remove the withdrawal from pending as I had no plans to play anymore, had already waited 24h once, and was hoping to get it before the weekend.

First reply they tell me they are unable to do that. Second email they tell me they have the 24h pending period in their T&C at the request of the players and that I just have to wait. Guess the requests of players only matter when it is good for the casino.

I realize they haven't really done anything wrong and I'm sure I will get my money, but I can't see any reason to play more with them. At the same time I sent VPL the first email I sent a similar email to a Fortune lounge casino and their response was a lot more helpful, withdrawal removed within 30 minutes.

Hmmm. Could be. That's why different casinos can still survive. Different players have different experiences. Even the nastiest casinos still have players visiting them after all the negative publicity. Since FL is good to you,continue to play and win there. As for me,I will have nothing more to do with them and stick with VPL.

Are you obsessed with me sw2003. I don't quite know what you are talking about again (but what's new?) and I can't quite figure out where I said that I claimed a bonus. I never claim bonuses and I think it is the worst thing a player could do but I am not going to get into it here. I said that CM has a good bonus because I was telling people how great of an experience I had at Maple and I wanted to make sure that I directed them through CM's link to make it clear that I was not advertising them for my benefit, and also because it is his forum so he should get any signups from here.
