I have seen a lot of threads about this topic and it is a very hot one. Whilst you have always been able to ask through live chat to have your withdrawals "locked" we have now added the capability for you to do this yourselves. I wanted to make sure that all CM members that request a withdrawal at Rizk are aware.

Once you have requested your withdrawal if you go to "my account" and select "transactions":

You will then see your list of transactions including any withdrawals. Here you have the option to either "cancel" (reverse) or "Lock" (flush) your withdrawal:

If you click on "Lock" then you will shown this screen.

Click on Yes and job done. The transaction will then be marked as "waiting approval"

We will of course make every effort to process the payments as quickly as we possibly can but this is a sure fire easy way to stop those itchy fingers whilst we do.

We believe that this is just another obvious and "No Bullshit" approach.

Oh my God, finally a casino with the right approach and that listens to feedback on here. This was such a sore point for many and now players can have some peace of mind. What a great precedent to set, others should follow suit for sure!

Truly outstanding Rizk:thumbsup:

Great addition to the cashier. Thanks Cap'n:thumbsup:

Very interesting to observe which casinos do not implement this option in the coming weeks, and their interpretation of Responsible Gambling towards their customers.

Or if indeed it is just a PR exercise and that they will do their utmost to make flushing difficult. Here's hoping not.

Rizk have just blown this wide open and set the standard :)

Captain Rizk, you just earned my utmost respect. I bow to you to say a representative thanks for all those who are "easy reversers" and will benefit tremendously from this RG feature to control their gaming.

Number Color & Co. - eat this!!! :D

EDIT: Could one of the UK CM members send this to the UKGC to show them how RG is being done.

So impressed with this, a couple of hours on and it still hasn't sunk in how big this is. This is monumentally good news for the industry and beats even getting a decent cashout....that feeling goes away (and the money) but this affects everyone involved in the industry and gives players some self-control back.

Can't wait to see how this plays out now, number colour must be feeling pretty redundant. Like they weren't resting on their laurels already.

All casinos should take note

Setting the bar high this is a first as far as I know!

Really good what Rizk have done - as someone else said award worthy for sure !!!

Although I'm not much of a reverser, I can appreciate that this will help a lot of people who are.
It also shows a commitment to responsible gaming.

So to show my appreciation and respect for Rizk, I've just made a £100 cash donation to their site.

Let's hope more operators follow Rizk's example

Reversing sure gives a casino short term gain - but it can leave such a bad feeling for a player even though yes we all are responsible for our own choices, that it can effect the relationship between player and casino.

Rather allow the player to be in FULL control of the experience win or loose. Like land base you only wait as long as it takes the cashier to flip the chips to £. Choosing when you hit the cage is of course another matter.

But over all this is a great function now at Rizk. I will be playing here again for sure when my Tab is up.

That is really excellent and also commercially sound for the casino. As a user of the "take a break option" on other sites when its implemented the whole account is locked meaning the withdrawal is safe but also the casino cannot benefit from any more deposits in that period. This should suit player and casino alike and is exactly the way it should be across the board. Kudos to Risk:thumbsup:

Weird how I haven't taken the 'Rizk' to play there yet myself. I had registered but was hit with an email stating I needed to verify before depositing, which is fair enough and in hindsight probably the best way of doing it.

Assuming there isn't a window in which to do this in- it was about four months ago

Time to rummage the paperwork to find some KYC-related stuff! Rizk is obviously highly thought-of and it's time to see for myself, especially after today's revelations!!

This is excellent and exactly what all good casino's should be doing.

Funnily enough having a disagreement in the viks casino thread with the rep attempting to say having a pending period of 24 hours is for the customers benefit, not theirs, no, this is for the customers benefit and what other casino's should take notice of, unless they have a fast payout system in place, ie, videoslots.

It is the best way. Do the donkey work first, avoid the pain later.

Besides, it was a very easy thing to get sorted, thanks to Irene and Nikolai (the two CS people I spoke to when getting verified).
As the Rizk slogan would say....no bullshit.

As for this new player-friendly, player-EMPOWERING feature.....MASSIVE R-E-S-P-E-C-T to the Captain and his crew.:notworthy

As you all know i am a staunch supporter of RG features as discussed in the ONE thread some months ago. :)

Until now i saw the VS RG options as the most comprehensive available. Combined with the fast 24/7/365 payments it was in my view pretty much the max a casino should/could offer.

However, Rizk has taken this now to yet another HIGHER level, one that takes great courage and foresight to do as it could mean short term financial "losses". In the long term though a happy "in-control" player will be much more a returning player than a frustrated "reverser". Together with their other self-set RG features i think we have a pretty perfect example how a responsible casino operator should be.

Until now I had appr. 90% of my gaming split between 2 casinos (VS &Bet-at), mainly because they accept Ecopayz, the nice VIP perks, great support, fast payments and their solid approach to RG. However, from now on this will be a 3-way split between those 2 and Rizk (I'll happily forget in this case the higher Neteller charges, the other things were positively ticked-off on my list already), purely out of respect for taking such a responsible approach and empowering the player.

Yes, respect to Rizk casino and a standard set high that other casinos must follow in my opinion when it comes to enabling a player not to reverse.

Now work on the debit card fee when depositing and you may see some deposits coming your way once I can play there again after my self exclusion fiasco at Guts expires in August.
