I haven't played in Mandarin Palace in years and I don't remember if I ever cashed out there before, so I was floored when I spoke to their support person, Zara, (very sweet girl, BTW, and as helpful as she could be..) when she told me how long it would take for my payout, I nearly passed-out!
First, I had to wait 48 hours. Which I guess gives you the time to change your mind and LOSE all your money.. LOL Not me. or, not "I".. in any case WE are never going to "reverse".. Pffft! My Gawd! It was hard enough to stop playing the first time; don't ask me to try again!
Anyway. after the 48 hour looongest two days, then it will take another 6 to 8 days for a Debit/CC card transaction.
WHAT???? Why so long? I mean, after all, it comes out of my account is a split second, so what kind of arthritically handicapped people are trying to press the "send" button in that casino?

Okay, so maybe I have been spoiled by fast withdrawals elsewhere, or maybe I haven't been lucky enough in this century.. but does anyone else suffer from the same withdrawal pains here?

Let me know what you think. but please be gentle, I'm just a dumb animal after all..

Those are their standard terms, and always have been as far as I'm aware.
This is why it's important for players to always check the T&Cs for things like this BEFORE they deposit. If you don't like it - vote with your wallet!

It's a bit like SlotLand: they ONLY process withdrawals on Tuesdays - but many people are happy to play there, knowing that in advance.

Mandarin Palace

Thanks so much, KK, for your reply. You are so right about voting with the wallet. On that note, a "little birdie" actually told me that if enough players were to post and voice their disapproval about this issue the "powers that be" would pay attention to it.
Of course, trying to get people to organize and protest on this issue would be just short of a miracle, after all we are gamblers..

It is too bad though because I really love that Bet on Soft format, but their payout policy is Hard to Swallow!

& alot of casino's no this and hear the poor new gamblers waking up in the morning :) As long as there is new gamblers on the market than rouge casino's are still going to be operating

Ok, gonna be gentle with you......what they offer is FAST compared to many US facing casinos....I have waited 30 days multiple times to receive my withdrawal. You ask why do I play there? Why would I even think of waiting 30 days/ Well, because I get PAID! By wire to boot without limits....So, be happy u\you are receiving your monies so quickly...it could be worse..like in 30 days...:yahoo:

Mandarin Palace IS Even SLOWER than Reported

Well, here it is now, TEN days later and I just received an Email saying that it was going to be another 5 days before I would get my money..
And I QUOTE: "The Processors have confirmed that there is currently a delay with all Payment to Card payments. Your withdrawal has been processed but you will only receive your payment in the next 5 business days. "

Naturally, I was a little upset since they told me it would definitely be here in the next 5 days. That was about 8 days ago.. So, not exactly trusting what they wrote to me, I called them. Just as i suspected, they really didn't mean it would be 5 days, now according to their support staff person, Allen, it would actually be next Tuesday, which would be 7 days. They meant business days.
So, why didn't I save myself this grief and deposit with someone like Winaday or some other reputable casino?

I get very nervous when things like this happen. It is all too easy for any casino to get into problems with some "third party vendors" and unfortunately living in the US we have to be at their mercy. I don;t know if it is true, but we all hear the horror stories of money being seized, accounts being frozen and casinos not paying off. Too often we hear about money being laundered for drug cartels and terrorist organizations, etc. So when we deposit our funds and then we can't get paid, for whatever reason they give us, naturally we wonder what we have gotten tangled up with. Hopefully, that is not the case here but I will certainly report back here to let you all know. In any case, silcnlayc, I hope I at least break your record! So, now my goal isn't just, Win or Lose, but IF I get paid by Mandarin Palace!

Good luck to everyone

I play once in awhile at Grand Eagle. They are all part of the same group and your log in works for all their casinos. I only play video poker there as their pay tables are ok. They have low limits of a penny right up to 5 dollars, so this is nice. I have cashed out a few times and they always send me a cheque by mail. I hit the cash out and and go play somewhere else. It does take a long time to reach my house but I always get paid.

Like I said I play there for the video poker not the speed of payouts.
