Mamamiabingo.com-- be careful with them
Story:

Won about 220 euros from 20 freespins that i got for wild water game. Wager req for this was about 9900€

What was amazing that i got this wager all done with 1400€ cash on my account! After that i got into troubles. I made a cashout and few days later i got email that winnings was voided cause i broke their t/c. Was also told that 5€ is a max bet when you have bonus on your account. Well, i didnt know that (my bad-i know).

I had played about 10 rounds on Immortal Romance with 6€ stake. Those were the only bet over that max 5€. And i didnt win anything but pennies with those 6€ spins.

So this was the reason they took my money. how rediciolus is that!!! 10000€ to wager and 5€ max bet.

Their t/c says: winnings "MAY" be voided if you break any rule. So its "MAY" instead of "IS". If you know what i mean. (cause there is that "MAY"- word in t/c, im then curious that when will they use any consideration if this is not the case for it...)

So i didnt break any rule on purpous and also didnt get any advantage on those few spins with too big bet.

IMO a casino with good reputation does not do this kind of bs to a loyal depositing player. And they dont even want to discuss this matter with me any way.

Isnt those t/c made at the first place for that players cant abuse bonuses in any way. If i owned a casino it would never come to my mind that players could be treated this way. In this case i think there would be room for somekind of compromise, or what do you think. But they dont seem to think that way, and i cant really believe it at the moment.

Just wanted everyone to know this that if you consider playing on them, just think twice. My gaming is done there for good. (used to think that this was great casino before this issue)

IMO this issue shows that this casino owners doesnt really care about their depositing players as they should. (ive been depositing customer there for few years now) They seem to be just very greedy who will take players money in any possible way they can.

You broke their terms. Its your fault.

If you feel they dont appreciate your business, close your account and move on. But hopefully you learned a lesson here. Always read the terms. And feel lucky you didnt hit a $20,000 score.

Are you their casino-rep. Cause you really sound like one.

Thats not the issue here what you refer.

Thats just not way to treat players. Thats the main point.

Yeah. My dream in life was to work with a company called Mamamiabingo.

I have accomplished everything Ive ever wanted now.

I even have their branded t-shirt. As a matter of fact Im wearing it right now.

Whilst I sort of agree with you on the loyalty part, the casino is still in the right as it is in the terms and conditions. Lesson learned is to always read the t&c no matter how loyal or how well you think you know the casino.

Walk away if you do not like the way they are treating you, but in all fairness in this instance they do have the right to deny the winnings.

Eric is the rep for accredited Redbet here and he also is the rep for Mamamiabingo and some others.

Well I'm representing Bonnier Gaming who currently operate the following brands:

Redbet
MamaMiabingo (SWE, FIN, NOR)
Vinnarum (SWE, NOR)
Bertil (SWE)
Whitebet
Heypoker

So questions regarding these brands are also welcome, MamaMia, Vinnarum and Bertil have some restrictions on them. I've marked out the Countries they are available in.

Send him a message, he might explain the difference of "may" and "is".

Edit: Personally, I think it's strange that Mamamiabingo have that 5€ rule because they have some promotional "monster spins" on NetEnt games where the bet itself is worth 5€ (or more?). It's like you deposit 100€ and receives 10 monster spins on a popular slot, can you imagine what happens if you hit BIG on a 5€ bet? Then you have 5000€ and this is supposed to be wagered 45 times? :D

Good luck with that with a max bet size of 5€...

Thx Maphesto for this hint!

Eric will take a look at this and he will get back to me later!

BTW. Those mentioned "MONSTER SPINS" were originally spins that i got this 220 winnings from...and that got me to this MEGAwager requirement of almost 10 000€

I'm sorry that this happened to you, after looking into your case I'm afraid that there is nothing I can do for you. You've violated our T&C by several time wagering above the limit (€5) stated in our terms.

Living the dream

Regarding the Monster Spins we are aware of the issue and are trying to come up with a nice solution to the huge wager requirements that comes with a big win. Other than the WR issue, what do you think about the Campaign?

Thx Eric for looking into this.

Solution really still wasnt what i expekted.

And the violation was so minor. On previous post Eric himself admits that there is not a good system or t/c on that wagering-issue and they are trying to find some kind of better solution. This makes me just more confused on the solution.

And why not they write on t/c that on any case of violation possible winnings ARE 100% voided. Why on earth they say that winnings MIGHT have voided.

This is just not the way to treat a player. I think that this kind of treatment must be told to online-players in every possible forum that can be found. That 1400 euros that i didnt get, i think that is a very small amount compared to losses for casino if players would stop depositing there now. Everyone can calculate that it doesnt need very much people to stop depositing that it would cost them much much more than this mentioned 1400€. And i really think that there is very much random players reading these forums who shares my thoughts on this and after reading this they will choose another place to put their money.

:mad::mad::mad:

@Mosse:

That 5€ max bet rule is there, even if it's quite ridiculous when they are offering that kind of promotions. Still, you have agreed to those rules when you signed up.

@Eric:

IMO, you have to change that rule as long as you have those monsterspins. You put players in difficult situations.

BTW, when winning those monsterspins, can I withdraw what I have on my account before I start the Wild Water game and play those free monsterspins? I mean, to avoid having that huge WR on my own money.

While playing on MamaMia you first play with your own money, after that you start playing for your bonus. You can make a withdrawal as long as you wagered your deposit and didn't touch the Bonus money, however on withdrawl you will forfeit your bonus.

In your case, you would spin the monsterspins which would give you bonus money. After the spins you start playing for your "real money" and then if you hit a big win you are more than welcome to make a withdrawal.

FTY: You are not allowed to make a deposit, do a withdrawal and then use your free spins.

I hope this answered your question.

Im sorry to Confuse you that was not my intention. I realize this wasn't the answer you were looking for but as previously stated, the decision in this matter final.

No you cant withdraw. You have to activate these spins before you make a cashout. That is said on their t/c.

Also thx to maphesto on this but still there is no justice on this case and i think i have to warn other players about this site that they dont fall into same trap.

And still there is that "MIGHT LOSE YOUR WINNINGS" on their t/c and imo it leaves very much room for different kind of solutions. Why put it then that way if the solution is always the same??? I think "greed" is the right word here censoredcensoredcensored

FTY: You are not allowed to make a deposit, do a withdrawal and then use your free spins.

The last promo was "win 1 sek on Gonzo's Quest and then receive one monsterspin". Does this mean that a player, without reading about the promo, deposits 300 SEK and wins on Gonzo and now can't cashout?

I might have expressed myself clumsy once again because I thought I stated that you had to use your spins before making a withdrawal. What I wanted to say is that the bonus money and your deposit are separated.

I've never encountered a person that has been fine with the plain explanation that he didn't follow our Terms and Conditions so the discussion from my side ends here.

Well you won't be able to cash out winnings from that monsterspin if you made a withdrawl. What I wanted to say, people making a deposit and then withdrawal to just receive the monsterspins "free" will fail.

It's to do with the fact that your bonus money is forfeit upon withdrawal.

lol! isn't it fun to be in ur field of work? so much time and effort put in to resolve players issues and yet no one has ever been satisfied with the explanation

I do think though that if it is how he says it is that 10 spins of £6 on IR which resulted in a loss anyway shouldnt be counted as a violation as he didn't benefit from it but knowing some people here that could just be one side of the story

I hope everyone now knows why im so confused here.

Not very clear t/c at all on this site. I mean also other than the max bet-rule.

But this topic itself now makes the job for me.

The term is there to give Management the ability to use discretion. You were given free money - with the use of it you either abide by the terms or not. In your case, you broke the rule. You didn't read the terms and now you accuse the casino of greed.

Management used their discretion and took the liberty to review your case. It didn't work in your favor but that doesn't mean they are being unfair or greedy.

Eric: One more question. DO you have the access to my gaming history. Can you provide here all info about those spins that were over that max bet 5€? Impossible for me to remember exactly how they went or how many rounds i played. All im sure that didnt get any significant winnings with them. I played two days to get my wager done and really didnt write anything down.

This info would be very important concerning on this issue for me.

I have access the the gaming history and I won't post it here.

I see this subject as answered, you broke the T&C as you were told before. I reopened the case together with our site manager and payments manager. All three came to the conclusion that this was a clear violation.

I have to disagree with that last sentence. Sorry

If this is not the case to use discretion, then what is? And that mentioned freespins was given cause i first made a deposit.

I cant figure out that what could be smaller violation than this? And because of that, i think that they should refund my winnings. IMO if there is any violation they will confiscate players winnings with this term.

It's impossible for me to be certain of your identity via this forum. If you wan't your history i suggest you contact our support at support@mamamiabingo.com and they will look into the matter for you. Don't regard this as a "FU" answer, I promise they will do it both faster and better than I.

So in your logic, they should waive the breach because you deem it to be small or minor - Why have the rule in place in the first place? If someone else now breaches the term would they now also have to do the same for them?

Point is, If they do it for you, then there shouldn't be a need for the rule. Whether big, small, or of no consequence, you broke the rule.
