Mamamiabingo.com-- be careful with them
Story:
Won about 220 euros from 20 freespins that i got for wild water game. Wager req for this was about 9900€
What was amazing that i got this wager all done with 1400€ cash on my account! After that i got into troubles. I made a cashout and few days later i got email that winnings was voided cause i broke their t/c. Was also told that 5€ is a max bet when you have bonus on your account. Well, i didnt know that (my bad-i know).
I had played about 10 rounds on Immortal Romance with 6€ stake. Those were the only bet over that max 5€. And i didnt win anything but pennies with those 6€ spins.
So this was the reason they took my money. how rediciolus is that!!! 10000€ to wager and 5€ max bet.
Their t/c says: winnings "MAY" be voided if you break any rule. So its "MAY" instead of "IS". If you know what i mean. (cause there is that "MAY"- word in t/c, im then curious that when will they use any consideration if this is not the case for it...)
So i didnt break any rule on purpous and also didnt get any advantage on those few spins with too big bet.
IMO a casino with good reputation does not do this kind of bs to a loyal depositing player. And they dont even want to discuss this matter with me any way.
Isnt those t/c made at the first place for that players cant abuse bonuses in any way. If i owned a casino it would never come to my mind that players could be treated this way. In this case i think there would be room for somekind of compromise, or what do you think. But they dont seem to think that way, and i cant really believe it at the moment.
Just wanted everyone to know this that if you consider playing on them, just think twice. My gaming is done there for good. (used to think that this was great casino before this issue)
IMO this issue shows that this casino owners doesnt really care about their depositing players as they should. (ive been depositing customer there for few years now) They seem to be just very greedy who will take players money in any possible way they can.
