Resolved Mamamiabingo.com, be careful with them!!!

It's impossible for me to be certain of your identity via this forum. If you wan't your history i suggest you contact our support at support@mamamiabingo.com and they will look into the matter for you. Don't regard this as a "FU" answer, I promise they will do it both faster and better than I.

Of course i dont.

Just spoke to their live chat. They promised that i will get this info later today. Ill get back to this.

I have to disagree with that last sentence. Sorry

If this is not the case to use discretion, then what is? And that mentioned freespins was given cause i first made a deposit.

I cant figure out that what could be smaller violation than this? And because of that, i think that they should refund my winnings. IMO if there is any violation they will confiscate players winnings with this term.

IMO You are using this forum to harass the REP now , obviously with a view to getting what you believe is due. You broke the rule regardless of whether it is fair or reasonable. Now you need to move on. Don't ever play there again obviously and this thread serves another purpose of highlighting rule to the other forum members, not sure what you hope to gain by going on and on though, even if you PAB its obvious they are in the right and are not going to change their minds .

So in your logic, they should waive the breach because you deem it to be small or minor - Why have the rule in place in the first place? If someone else now breaches the term would they now also have to do the same for them?

Point is, If they do it for you, then there shouldn't be a need for the rule. Whether big, small, or of no consequence, you broke the rule.

Nate

Of course there have to be these rules. Its needed for bonus abusers not to get payed. But isnt that "winnings might be confiscated"- spot there that somebody might get payed if you havent broke rules on purpous. Human errors does happen, dont they? I see that rule in that way.

Does this casino have an english language option?

Hi Azzurri

I'm glad to see that you show interest in our site. However we are currently only available in Sweden, Norway and Finland. This might change in the future :)

Edit: We don't offer English right now (in case you live in one of these countries and don't speak the language)

Does this casino have an english language option?

Yes, but if you choose english, then all site is somehow very wierdly messed up. Just put "/en" after site name and see for yourself.

For example t/c is not shown then. Dont know why...

Well since your logic seems to be set into error by default i'll explain to you: We don't accept english players and using /en/ clearly shows that the site is not for the english speaking market.

Now i got answer about my gaming history:

I played 83 rounds on immortal romance over 5 euro stake (stakes were between 5 and 6 euros) and got 0 winnings with them. Yea, thats true: 0,0 winnings on these rounds. I just wonder that how can that be possible (but thats not the point). I didntt even remember that those rounds went that bad.

Remembered amount of rounds wrong- thats my fault. Played still total of thousands rounds in those two days only in this casino + other gaming that went on those same days. Pretty hard to remember some mentioned rounds exactly. Dont think that anyone can blaim for that.

But thats the whole story now. Everyone can think themselves that is this fair and a gentile way to treat a customer considering all aspects in this case. I have thought this from all possible perspectives now and imo this didnt end up as it should have been.

Not much more to say on this case. Cant be very happy now.

But hey, they put 2 euros bingo bonus back to my account when they took my winnings. How great is that...

Mosse I feel for you but 83 spins over the max spin amount can't be put down to an accident. It is a clear violation of the rules. If it was a couple of spins then I'd be on your side since you can hit max bet by accident. I am curious did you read the t&cs before you played?

I had no idea about this max bet-rule. And think yourself: 10 000 to wager, would that even come to mind that there would 5€ max bet. (sounds rediciolus imo at the first place as Eric also mentioned that they are trying to find a better solution for these monsterspin-wager reqs) I think most of the players would have played even much bigger bet on that same situation.

And my max bet was only 6 euros, not like 10 or 20 or even bigger. I think in such case casinos solution would have been easy to deal with. BUT ITS SUCH TINY INCIDENT- thats my point! I think no-one would disagree that.

So how on earth should that ever come to my mind?

Little offtopic but i think most of internet-gamblers play just for fun and never read any t/c. As myself too. (maybe have to start to do that now...)

Ive played some casinos that have this max bet rule of 10 or 20% of the bonus. And in such case now my max bet would have been about 22 (or even 44€)euros/ spin (cause there was 220€ bonusmoney). How on earth i would have though that its only 5 euros.

And why on earth even put such limit on betting at the first place? Doesnt casino get more money faster if players bet bigger???

This kind of casino-policy just doesnt make any sence to me...

Maybe just should avoid playing on this kind of sites in the future....

Actually I am very careful about the max bet rule because I got bit in the butt by that one a few years ago with 10bet. The rule there was 10% of deposit bonus amount. So the max I could bet was 1.7 but muggins here never looked at that term before I played and I bet 2 on a few games. Needless to say I lost about 750 for my efforts. I was pissed but I did learn my lesson. Now I always check.
If I were you I would put this episode down to a lesson learned and move on. In future read the t &c's that way when you win you know you will be paid because you followed them:)

That is where your very, VERY much mistaken, i was extremely lucky when i once broke the max bet rule, and i do feel for you as i do genuinely think you didn't mean to do it, and if you knew the term you wouldn't have.

with that said, take this as a lesson that you MUST read t's and c's of every casino you play at, and even ones youve played at for years, re-read them every 6 months to check they haven't changed.

if you go through my post history to the incident at redbet, the rep there saw i made a genuine mistake and i was allowed to keep the winnings i had ( over 1000 euro ) - what i won from betting max bet ( in my case, i opened a slot and hit auto play, not realising when you opened this slot the minimum spin was $20 no the 20c i was expecting ) andy saw i was genuine and showed mercy, not every rep will, and in your case the vast number of spins works against you, 83x6=500ish, 5% of your total WR, which is substantial.

Like others have said, take it on the chin and learn from it, it could have been a hell of alot worse if IR hit a 4 wild desire for 20k, then youd really feel bad :(

Story:

Won about 220 euros from 20 freespins that i got for wild water game. Wager req for this was about 9900€

What was amazing that i got this wager all done with 1400€ cash on my account! After that i got into troubles. I made a cashout and few days later i got email that winnings was voided cause i broke their t/c. Was also told that 5€ is a max bet when you have bonus on your account. Well, i didnt know that (my bad-i know).

I had played about 10 rounds on Immortal Romance with 6€ stake. Those were the only bet over that max 5€. And i didnt win anything but pennies with those 6€ spins.

So this was the reason they took my money. how rediciolus is that!!! 10000€ to wager and 5€ max bet.

Their t/c says: winnings "MAY" be voided if you break any rule. So its "MAY" instead of "IS". If you know what i mean. (cause there is that "MAY"- word in t/c, im then curious that when will they use any consideration if this is not the case for it...)

So i didnt break any rule on purpous and also didnt get any advantage on those few spins with too big bet.

IMO a casino with good reputation does not do this kind of bs to a loyal depositing player. And they dont even want to discuss this matter with me any way.

Isnt those t/c made at the first place for that players cant abuse bonuses in any way. If i owned a casino it would never come to my mind that players could be treated this way. In this case i think there would be room for somekind of compromise, or what do you think. But they dont seem to think that way, and i cant really believe it at the moment.

Just wanted everyone to know this that if you consider playing on them, just think twice. My gaming is done there for good. (used to think that this was great casino before this issue)

IMO this issue shows that this casino owners doesnt really care about their depositing players as they should. (ive been depositing customer there for few years now) They seem to be just very greedy who will take players money in any possible way they can.

The 'may void winnings' implies discretion by the site. Now you never read the terms, broke the rules and tried to w/d a 4-figure sum. Which side of the fence do you think the 'discretion' will fall, being honest with yourself??

An accredited site with a rep would probably pull the over-stake spins out and make you wager the greater total of the spins OR the returns from them (X the WR multiple) and let you carry on. In this case doing this would still almost certainly ensure you made a biggish w/d, so they've acted as allowed under the terms to ensure you get zilch, as you'd expect.

Whether you've played there 1 day or 1 year makes no odds unfortunately.

Sorry but didnt understand anything from your reply. Too complicated terms and words for my skills.

Though i have a good hunch what you are saying...

Everycan now think themselves that was this case handled they way it should have been.

I was a little sympathetic with you at the start but.

83 is a lot more than the 10 you first said you did. Regardless of whether you won or lost you well and truly broke the t&c and not just a little bit.

This is why you should read the t&c, almost every accredited casino has a max bet rule with bonuses.

I don't think it is a tiny incident, you mad substantial spins over the max allowed. The tiny incident is the 2 mins it would have taken to read the t&c.

Little offtopic but i think most of internet-gamblers play just for fun and never read any t/c. As myself too. (maybe have to start to do that now...)

Completely wrong, I think everyone knows to check the t&c as every casino is different and in fact every bonus can be different. If you were just playing for fun and not to win then what is all the fuss about?

Ive played some casinos that have this max bet rule of 10 or 20% of the bonus. And in such case now my max bet would have been about 22 (or even 44€)euros/ spin (cause there was 220€ bonusmoney). How on earth i would have though that its only 5 euros.

This kind of casino-policy just doesnt make any sence to me...

On this part, 32Red have a max bet rule of $6.25 (its on the sub only), Guts has a max bet of $7.50 and so forth. As mentioned above there are plenty of casinos that have a max bet rule, including those on the accredited list.

83 spins is a lot and I don't think that anyone here thinks that op is entitled to another chance with those money. Especially not after reading that he thinks that players usually don't read T&C's. Learn the lesson and move on!

Still, the promotion isn't nice to them who hit BIG on those monsterspins. 20 freespins on Wild Water can result in huge wins and then 5€ max bet isn't nice if you still have to wager 35 or 45 times your bonus money.

I hope Eric can clarify when a change is set. :)

I also think that wagering 5 euro's a spin on a £10000 play through is not ridiculous. We are only talking 4-6 hours play through on that. Personally for me that's a big bang for your buck - entertainment and squeaky pants if you hit a big win when you don't normally play at those stakes.

I have no news for you on this. I'll keep you posted.

I'm glad you think this way, the intention of the campaign was to create a little extra rush since a lot of people usually don't spin at this level.

Situation on this is now this:

I have asked them to doublecheck my gaming history cause what i remember there was really less rounds than this 83 that they first informed me. If I really remember that thing that wrong then Ill lay it down. Just want to be 100% sure. And now im not.

And another thing that i have really hard to deal that they say i didnt win a single penny on these 83 rounds.

Anyone can try to play any slot-game 83 rounds with 0 winnings. I think that its almost impossible. Maybe 20 rounds would be possible but really not 83. You just have to win something with this amount of rounds. Or does someone disagree?

After i get this info from them, then this case is over. But havent got this info yet...

You are persistent I will give you that. I still think you are wasting your time on this as it is a battle you cannot win. You went over the allowed 5 per spin when the bonus was in play end of story. Sorry.
