Just a heads up to those of you who aren't afraid to ask for a comp after a very quick and poor session.

These guys don't have the same generous nature as Betat when it comes to comps. I just lost a deposit in record time, and to be honest, I'd be very surprised if the RTP for the session was above 20-30%. It happens, and my tough luck I know, but I thought I would see if a comp was an option for some extended play time, given I only had about 5 minutes from my deposit.

I asked live chat, and the response was that they don't give out comps, and never will. Obviously this isn't a major issue as not all sites offer comps, but I know 100% that if I had that session at Betat, there'd be no question they'd offer me a comp.

Still a good site, but I thought it may be good to know, in case any of you (like me) expected the same kind of added bonuses and generosity we've grown accustomed to at Betat.

Besides taking the welcome bonus, I really don't see anything at Lucky Dino that would make me play there over Betat.
 
I just received an email stating I had 5 free spins on fisticuffs which can only be played on the mobile site. I have never played on the mobile site previously, but when I logged in, none of the slots actually load. The home page will load fine, but it then turns into a dead page, with nothing happening when you hit the slot links.

Anyone else having this issue? I'm using a new Samsung galaxy S5, and have no problems using other mobile sites.

I thought I would wait before trying again, but 8 hours later and still the same issue.
 
Further to my above post, I just tried logging into the PC site, and the same problem is happening.

What a joke! This site is getting worse and worse in my opinion. Apart from the limited options such as transaction and play history, now they are sending out promotions when their site obviously isn't even properly sorted out!

It's now been over 14 hours since I received the email offer and this problem first started.

Sorry Betat, but these guys are slowly becoming a terrible representation of you guys. They are no where near at your level. I'm over them. :(

Might sound stupid but did you click link from computer or laptop? Only ask as still might be able to play game on um,

same prob here, got the same mail and logged in to my mobile games wont load ? did send a mail to support some 16 hours ago, no reply ? in my books not good enough.
 
All worked fine for me. Cashed out another 450 euros last night. Cashout in four hours, excellent site design and regular generous bonuses. I'm beginning to sound like a shill for these guys;).
 
Just curios are the Betat guys reps for Luckydino or will they be getting there own ? if not then perhaps you guys should monitor the customer service, as Igor stated in previous post :)

Update

I had a response from support, and apparently it' due to a conversation I had with chat last week.

The history:

After not having a good run after a few deposits (RTP under 50-60%), I queried chat about a possible comp (ala Betat), and they said no. I said ok, however I also asked to have the account closed, as I generally try to minimize the sites I play at, and seeing as they are essentially Betat without the benefits, I saw no point in leaving my account open when I could just stay at Betat.

The chat rep I spoke to, advised me that in order to do this, I must email support, and request the account to be closed. As I do in every situation like this, I asked why they couldn't do it whilst I'm chatting with them, and the response was they don't have the authority and I must email support. Knowing I couldn't be bothered doing this, I ended the chat, and left things as they were. In honesty, I most likely wouldn't deposit there again, but I'd rather leave the account open then go through the extra effort of emailing support to close the account.

Anyway, fast forward a week later, and I get this free spin email offer, accompanied by a 50% deposit offer. As previously mentioned, I couldn't access either site (could log in and load deposit screen, but not load games), so I contacted support.

The response I got, was that I had requested to have my account closed last week, and as a result my account had been blocked. The advice went on to say, if I wish to have my account opened, I must email support, and wait 7 days for it to reopen.

Now, I don't really care about this, as I was happy to close my account in the first instance, and the bonus was only 5 free spins after all. However, why the run around and conflicting information? If the agent I spoke to a week ago was going to close my account, why not just say so? Why do so, then ask me to go to the added effort of emailing support to do so? Furthermore, after my account was closed by this agent, why was I still receiving email offers, and able to log into my account?

Like I said, not a big deal, but the extra effort I went to, to log into the account, fuck around with the errors, and contact support, was a pain in the arse, when it could have all been avoided if that agent I spoke to a week ago, had simply told me they had closed my account when I asked.

Anyway, a bullshit story, with a bullshit ending, and now I definitely won't ever play there again, lol.

Just my opinion of course, but the old saying, "Give it to me straight Doc", would have saved some unnecessary time and effort. Needless to say, I highly doubt I would have ever encountered such issues at Betat, and for these reasons, Lucky Dino have a long way to go before they reach Betat's level.

So situation resolved, lol.

Betat reps can try to help in some circumstances, but for the most part Lucky Dino are a complete separate entity. As yet, Lucky Dino does not have their own rep here. Hope that helps. :thumbsup:

Got to say that alow the rep said they cannot help, They most probs put the word in, Most sites would not, If you did end up puttinmg good money in and lost than surley there would be a thread saying ask account to be closed and still let me deposit,

In that case why still emails? But at least you wasnt aloud to play, Just goes to show that alow alot of help is about as much use as a can of dehydrated water they did put note on accounts,
