My wife withdrew some funds last thursday and on 3 occasions have been told that its been processed and paid however this morning got an email that its being looked at who do i believe apparently its been through game check 4 times passed and been paid and nobody will confirm in email

I don't personally play at Lucky247 but my brother does (or used to anyway). He had a win of a few thousand which took about a month to process. Sounds similar to your story as he was also promised that the payment had been made multiple times when it actually wasn't. My brother had been playing quite some time with them and fully verified so it seems they just like to delay payments a lot.

Vote with your wallet and play somewhere else. There is plenty of casinos who don't jerk you around with payments and are actually competing on how fast they can pay you

There are casinos that pay instantly, pay within 2 hours, or pay within a day.

Yeah have contacted the rep i mean its not the waiting its the point blank lies that get me call up one guy says done call 2 minutes later and its not even processed begs belief

Time will tell sadly been said 5 times by them so touchwood they are true to there word i took a screenshot of them saying full amount was released so ifnit hasnt atleast have some evidence to the contrary
