I'm looking at the PAB notes, and yours is still being processed - I believe we are waiting for word back from the casino. You also have a bouncing email address - Max has PMd you about this. If you want us to quit your PAB - fine. Max has plenty of other things to do.

As you will know from reading the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ we need a working email address from you in order for your PAB to progress smoothly. I PM'd you on the 8th telling you this. You gave me a second email address which I tried and received no reply. Then on the 16th when you sent a message complaining that you had not received your money "as I expected". That's barely a week after we received the PAB, never mind the delays caused by your email issues. Perhaps you have forgotten the section of the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ that tells you what to expect in terms of response times, etc: see section 4. How long does it take?

I would say that the problem here is not an "ineffective" PAB -- it is far too early to say whether it will be effective or not -- but your failure to read and/or follow the guidelines given to you in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. For instance by posting this thread -- also something you were told not to do in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ -- you are threatening the entire PAB process.

As Bryan said, if you think you want to handle your issue yourself do let us know because I have better things to do than waste time on a PAB where you can't be bothered to follow the quidelines given to you, to say nothing of dealing with your impatience and disparaging comments.

This could also be down to the email issues mentioned by Max and Casinomeister, rather than the casino not responding.

Try checking your spam folder to see if any emails have been caught there.

You may also want to contact your email provider about the bounced emails, and then find a means to correct the problem.

I created this thread to aware forum users about that cheating casino (it's not some technical or misunderstanding problem. Live chat every time lies 'everything is ok you will receive answer about deposit you made soon' and then turns me off from chat. Or turns me off without answer.)
About e-mail from Max it was first time problem.
And casino answered me on e-mail about ways to deposit before voiding money. Plus they have internal message board where they post copy of all e-mails they send.
Anyway thanks for advice :nod:

Best wait for the PAB to run it's course then. They may give you the runaround, but they will find it much harder to give Max the runaround. PAB often takes some time, especially where the casino doesn't really want to address the issue, but finds it must.

Venting on the forum could make the casino's problem go away because it can derail the PAB to the extent that it gets dropped, and then you will be on your own again.
