Lottomart Pending Withdrawal

Morning all,

Hope everyone is well. Has anyone had any issues with pending withdrawals from Lottomart? I joined up with them earlier this month, had numerous withdrawals and no issues (usually processed very quickly). Currently have 2 pending withdrawals that have been sat there for nearly 12 hours now. I did try contacting live support but no response (possibly due to the time of night)

Any help appreciated (as always)

The payments team have the old fashioned traditional office hours of Monday-Friday 9-5, Doris will come into the office to manually make payments many players will be in front of you. Sounds like you've won either a larger amount or you've been selected for a quick manual review.
 
Apologies no idea how I missed this thread, I don't seem to get alerts when tagged any more either. Checking for you now @andysbetting1187

Edited to add: I can see these were processed this morning for you. They had gone for a manual review as per payment policy, sorry for the short delay. 10hrs for withdrawal is well above our target but unfortunately we can't always process as quickly as we'd like.

Got back from work and realised all been processed but thanks for checking much appreciated

I know this was intended as a joke but I’d be silly not to point out that Doris actually works 24/7 7 days a week. She’s a hard worker!

I been waiting 8 days for my withdrawal, I been told my account is under review bit why 8 days??? And i haven't received any withdrawal! That's impossible please someone help

Morning guys, I have a couple of withdrawals pending and have been waiting about a week. Is it usual that it takes this long to verify account? They asked for my pay slips but I’ve recently become self employed so send my business statement also. Will I ever get my pending withdrawals?!

Exactly the same issue I’m currently having minus the self employed part, withdrew 1st and 2nd sept and still awaiting enhanced verification, I’ve called, used live chat and even sent a complaints email, but nobody seems able to give me any kind of update or anything

I understand it is frustrating. But in their defense: a contact moment results in agent being taken away from review to asnwer your questions. With other words: causing more delays, not only for your review but also for others customers.

If your genuine, you have nothing to fear.

Appreciate the reply and yes certainly genuine, I understand it takes agents away from the reviewing however when speaking with Lottomart, according to them it’s a different team that do the review's and not the agents that deal with enquiries if you like from what I can gauge maybe I’m wrong there entirely :)

Nope. They just keep asking me for more information. I’m self employed and they questioned where my tax return was….. I told them that I don’t file until end of tax year, you would think that they would know this! Problem is I’ve only been self employed for a couple of months. But have sent all account to them….. just a waiting…..

Just to add why this is. When you first sign up and open an account on the forum, you are unable to send direct messages to other members until you have made I believe 5 posts. After your 5th post you should be good to go.

I understand that bit is frustrating. If you've only been self employed for a couple of month, then this income will form part of your 25/26 tax year. Not due to be received by HMRC until 31 January 2027!

You'll have to provide something else I think, otherwise youll have a long wait 😂
 
Hi can anybody help I’ve been playing with Lottomart for a while had no issues with withdrawals my accounts under standard verification all my documents have been uploaded , bank statements etc haven’t had any updates been a few days since I’ve requested the withdrawal
