lottomart issues anyone?

so based on being recommended on here i joined lottomart but on both mobile and desktop im kicked out of games with a message saying cannot have multiple games open which i. didnt then tuesday night playing annubis rising at .70p wager it gave me a bonus of of £5.25 my on and only bonus out of £80 wagered and it also crashed with "connection" lost with server. now i play this game in venue and bonyus on .20p spin wont pay less than £10 in my experience and ive played demo mode at $.60 a few times and it hit $20 the few times i tried so feels wrong but wanted others opinions

It's under "conversations" - the envelope icon up by the notification bell on the top menu bar. If you click the envelope icon and choose "show all" it will go to your inbox.

No I'm not using your site until I know what issues are as it crashed too much especially when it says I'm logged in two games so will wait till I've heard from you
 
So mark came back and said he couldn't find any issues even though I clearly did. Now my account disabled. Poor move lottomart shows complete pettiness.

Erm, slight over reaction IMO

I could understand if you'd tried to solve your problem through the correct channels before diving on here and posting that.

They're a proper decent outfit run by people who know what their doing with a great manager and very active, helpful rep on here.
 
As I wasn't informed my account was locked until I tried to log in having received no email advising so I don't believe it's on over reaction I'm just saying how I see it with the lack of information I have as live chat couldn't tell me anything either

So nice for you to finally post my response after threatening to do so, as I mentioned in PM I don't mind what you share here.

Since we're posting private conversations now, can I just quote a couple of things from your PM to me....

- Does this mean you've either employed monkeys or there is more at play i hate conspiracies but your putting a good case forward.

Two things here. You're insulting my team and by referencing "conspiracies" I took that as you think we've intentionally caused disruption to your play.

- So I'm sorry but it doesn't wash with me that your teams know nothing.

You then called me a liar.

- The £10 will be spent but I for one won't deposit again with lottomart and I'm going to post your response and mine on the initial post again for the reasons I've given you in that you've not actually said anything

You made it quite clear that you'd spend the £10 cash compensation that I credit but you won't come back.

With all of the above in mind I took the decision to close your account. I'm surprised you'd even consider coming back to a company that employs monkeys, tells lies and purposely manipulates your gameplay.

Best wishes wherever you decide to play.

Thanks Jon, I've added a bit more background behind the decision now PM's are being posted publicly. Perhaps it is petty, but that's my call. :)

Seams reasonable to me sir - I often find most issues are easily rectified if people just speak to each other in a civilised manner.

I had a couple of conversations with @L&L-Jan a long time ago about how good the reps/Customer Services were at ABC - lottomart appear to be on the same level from my interactions so far. I honestly don't think I could do that job

Just a thick skin mate, and i guess, when you are a gambler yourself it makes the job so much easier to understand players. It takes experience to understand who deserve quality service and when to tell someone off. Ive told players off, it just didnt end up public. Really pathetic response from OP.

I’m sure the team would agree. Bet they’re not saying that when we’re buying them drinks in the pub tomorrow for the England game though. :)

You've been told why this is already, plus you had a PM dialogue going with the rep. It isn't desirable that afterwards you should select parts of the conversation, because you didn't like the outcome, then post them here.

Casino-player relationship broken down, so move on my friend. No need for recriminations. :cool:
