I think they are kind of regarded as a rogue type firm if not officially in the pit, I signed up to them in my early days of slotting, won £20 and then read some reviews of the place. That was my last time I ever played there, got my £20 and never returned, so bad were the stories of their shenanigans.

I don't blame you for deciding to walk away, fighting these battles can be a stressful, fruitless task.

I shall boycott all novo's for several months now, just as my small way of showing player unity :thumbsup:
 
It's things like this that annoy, from an outside perspective. 888 casino: well known brand, with UK licence

You must be high roller. That game eats 300 euro with 90p like it's nothing. Still a decent playtime compared to some other slots. Well decent these days is at least 40 minutes of spinning.

Still better than playing rise of Olympus. Blew away a few k on it for the past three months.
 
No John normally play it at .18 or .36 but will only play it now so upping the stakes and putting limit of £250 month on the account, hopefully get the win at some point while been sensible...

As for the rest, they know what they can do after the way i've been treated...

If your chasing bonuses, and are playing at 888, you must of used all the good casinos up.

Bonuses' are rarely worth taking and more so at dodgy casinos. To go 9 years, then have 3 cash outs in 4 months cancelled due to breaking bonus rules will be more down to your choice of casino and not reading the rules.

I chase bonuses whenever I can but I still keep making raw deposits on jonnyjackpot which is my go to casino when playing without bonuses.

Why do I chase bonuses?
These days you cannot get enough playtime when you make a deposit of 100 or 200 euro. Secondly I do not play at 888 casino's and I have only signed up with two of their casino's many many years ago.

I still can play on new casino's so no I do not take any bonus however I have made mistakes (reading terms). First two time was sloppy of me, the second time it was a term that I had encountered for the first time and completely missed it.


My confiscation on crazeplay casino was duo to playing one specific game which was razor shark. Being paranoid I had the bonus terms page open on a different tab on my notebook to make sure that I do not break any terms when switching a game.

In the prohibited list there were some games from push gaming (only some like wild swarm). Razor shark and many others from push gaming was not among the prohibited slots which gives you the impression that all slots that are not listed there from push gaming are good to go when playing with a bonus.

In a different section they had "push gaming and big time gaming slots are prohibited when playing with a bonus".

You see there is already so many terms you have to go through and somehow I completely missed this. Blocked my account with whole gammix ltd group. Transparency is key here and in my opinion they are making it harder and harder for players to enjoy their time on their casino. Not my loss. Their loss as they will continuously lose traffic with those terms.

There is a win, line 4 has to have a win on it as there are two wilds on reels 1 and 3.
You should be able to look through your gaming history at that time and using the game ID see what payout was made. If you don't have the game ID then check at which point your balance was the same as on screen + $1.50 - the win, and the next spin is this game, and you can double check the payout.
 
Those wilds are the bonus that never happened, yes and my balance never went up, the bonus never got played...I take it you've not played the game? 10 spins with wilds of 10s should have appeared but the game just cancelled it....TWICE, with no win coming on either at $1.50!

I've played the game thousands of times, and its many Novomatic clones, so yes, I know exactly how it works. I've explained how to locate the spin in your history and double check you have the right one.
Once you are 100% sure you have the right spin, get the casino to give you either a video of that spin, or the game history.
Do a SAR if required if you are in the EU. Not sure where you are with the screen showing $?

How have Novomatic ripped you off? I very much doubt 888 have even communicated with them about it. Also ask them for copies of the communications between them, see how they respond to that :)

Not wishing to speak for Sledge but I think because Novo haven't bothered replying to his communication to them?

They could presumably easily look at the server logs directly, it needn't involve 888 deciding what the outcome is prematurely so they don't have to payout. I must say lord of the ocean has always been a bit of a tight wad to me, he's no captain venture, a 100x -200x bonus would be about my best win ever, too often I got given those poxy treasure chests that never appear.

I guess it's rare a provider replies directly to a punter. I've contacted a provider regarding their RTP early last year because it wasn't mentioned in their info nor on most sites that review slots and I'm still waiting for their reply. In the mean time they have started mentioning RTP tho...

I would be amazed if Novomatic reply to a customer query. They are set up as a B2B supplier, and firstly are unlikely to have a department set up for that, secondly & cannot possibly verify the customer is the player for that game round without speaking to 888. There could then be potential GDPR issues if NM spoke directly to the customer.

888 are the ones who have to sort this. As 888 are shit that will involve spending quite a bit of time on it and requesting a SAR and going from there.
