Looking for someones help and expertise

Wow.

kombucha could you please confirm if this member received any payment?

If they did, it should be reported to max immediately.

In any case, once you get your cash you should inform Bryan about the casino involved.

Network progressives should NEVER be subject to max cashouts - exclude them from play with a bonus, or allow it and PAY IN FULL. Simple.

The casino involved are nothing but crooks if they do not return the excess funds to the pool, and Playtech need to find a better way to control their network games.

this member took 1k$ of a 5k$ withdraw i made... he wanted to swap the 5k for wu money because he needed mb money. i said no and i'd rather just sent him some mb myself then all the sudden he told me ok have it your way then he came up with the 1k... after that he started asking for more and when i declined he flippped... it was 300$ i asked him what's next. i think you got more then enough

Bizarre thread, o.p. gets screwed by casino, some implication of being ripped off by an unknown forum member and now claims 'case closed' .

This is insane.
I hope the member username is posted by Bryan some day to avoid similar situations.

Mmm this is the kind of thing where experience in the industry pays dividends. I dare say I could have run rings around whatever Casino this is and their ludicrous terms of not paying a progressive win. Playtech's terms for operators are quite straight forward - players are to be paid in full and they will be reimbursed.

Sorry but I think you've done the wrong thing cutting a deal, the whole amount should have been paid, they do not have a leg to stand on.

Pretty sure which casino this is.
BTW shouldnt the 5k have been the max per month? Or were the terms different back in 2010 hence why you say they wouldnt to the same thing again.

OMFG.

Topaff - you are an absolute disgrace for charging a fee for 'helping' a fellow member.

No wonder you're always offering to HELP you probably make a FORTUNE out of it you SCUMBAG.

If anyone wants to know HOW rogue casinos stay in business, its because SCUM like Topaff promote them and come up with schemes to rip players off even FURTHER.

I'm assuming you haven't been banned because it's Easter, but we don't need wankers like you around here.

Karma is coming.....better have eyes in the back of your head.

Fully agree Nifty. In general, if members are using this forum to "earn money" for helping others, then they must be banned.

OMFG.

this a part of an email from the casino regarding "sven" aka "topaff"

I would like to let you know that if you feel the need to and you still have open issues with Sven, do it, we cannot stop you and we wouldn't even want to stop you. Since I really do not know Sven and since I do not know what kind of information you provided him with, I could hardly suggest anything. But I would like to let you know that after talking to the colleague from affiliate department, we were never even directly in contact with him, but only indirectly with bankrollmob.com as our outside advertising partners that were advertising us in the past. Since you joined us via the link on their page, Sven obviously contacted you in his/their own initiative"

i think he worked or works for brmob

This case is crazy. I hope Brian will take action here.

Thanks for informing us about this "member".

So my suspicions were correct.

Topaff helped you negotiate only $5000 of your winnings for a fee. Thanks for posting the truth, and you'd better be telling the truth because this is pretty damning information which will not be taken lightly. If it proves out that Topaff has done what is alleged in this thread, Bryan needs to boot his ass off the forum and make it crystal clear that such things won't be tolerated here. He and Max do a fantastic job of handling PABs for FREE!

If there are any other people who have had similar dealings with Topaff it would be beneficial to this community to let it be known.

ok screw it here is the deal i made with the casino after i only recieved 5k in dec

"I am just so happy because I was able to reach somebody and get the information before next week, but seriously, sharing your winnings with me has nothing to do with this agreement. So, once again, please confirm that you agree to the below written:- you get $8,000.00 bonus credited as a token of good will for previously 'lost' winnings- the bonus is credited as a cashable bonus- the bonus can be wagered on regular slots only- the required wagering is 25x bonusPlus, another important thing I was just informed of. The management decided the maximum withdrawal you can make out of this bonus would be exceptionally limited to 32,000.00 (as 5,000.00/month), because of the specific circumstances. I found it fair enough, I hope you do to.So, shall in proceed with crediting your account? Please, confirm again if all good.Regards,""

i agreed upon because of the advice i was given. i managed to wager it and ended up with 8.6k... the 5k i cashed out which left me with 3.6k which i lost... which was dumb obv

Agree, and if this is true, how many others in this forum has he been "helping"? One can only wonder.

Well, it looks like Sven is going to be facing a serious spanking if what I am reading is true.

The casino asked me last week if this guy was working for me - said they had been in contact with him.

@ Sven - I hope you have deep pockets, because there is some serious shit coming your way.

Just so I can be clear, you were offered (and accepted on advice given) an $8,000 free chip with 25x wagering requirement ($200,000) and a maximum cashout of $32,000?

Yet you still only got $5,000 out of it.

What would have happened had you not made playthrough? Dumb advice whoever gave you it.

What the hell are they doing giving you a free chip with wagering requirements anyway? Please name this Casino so that I know never to go near it, please.

Looks like a certain person has been offering a special "PAB" service on this forum

I remember seeing this guy offering "help" in other threads (by referring to PM) so if this case is true, then I would not be surprised if there has been other cases in this forum where "Sven" has been earning some money on needy people.

Good to see that you will take action in this case Meister

So, which casino is trousering funds from the progressive pools that belongs to other players, and should have been sent back to Playtech and placed back into the relevant pool?

We would like to know which casino to avoid.

I don't mind people helping each other out, but if they are claiming to work for me and collecting fees for this, then they are in a world of hurt.

Just for a public FYI - our PAB service is free and we have never asked for nor received a dime from any player we have assisted.

I have noted from a review of posts that TopAff has often said "PM me & I will see what I can do" to members having a spot of bother. It would appear that discussions about fees took place via PM, and although PAB was not an option for some of these cases, it seems TopAff had some contacts that could make a difference. He even offered to talk with Virtual on behalf of a player, so maybe he promotes them hard enough that they are prepared to negotiate with him.

The suggestion here is that he went even further, and claimed (or lead the casinos to believe), that he was acting in an official capacity for CM, and this may have helped him achieve more than he would have alone.

Where he gave advice to members that was not the best advice, but the advice that made him the most money, he acted in a manner that is not expected of a CM member, and so he isn't one any longer I have noticed.

Maybe he has made even MORE overtures to players that were conducted entirely via PM, and managed to negotiate fees for cases where the PAB service IS available.

Affiliates shouldn't even be charging their OWN players in most cases, since they have already been paid by the casino for referring the player, and should not expect to get paid twice for one job. I also take a dim view of other companies that charge their customers extra for general customer service, and it appears this is a view shared by the UK regulator OFCOM.

It can only be right to charge a fee if all other possible "free" options have been tried, and failed. This would normally be the point at which a player considers the possibilties of taking legal action. Any fee should reflect the work done, not what can be wrung from the player.

Maybe posting this on the home page (and top of forum) would alert newbies?

.

I visited his profile and looked under "find all posts". I have not read these threads, but there is obviously a pattern where he wants to establish private contact (PM) with members who are in casino "trouble".

Some samples:

"PM me info I will help you out" (Rushmore)

"Send me your username I will contact right guy and try to speed up your payment." (Cool cat)

"Troops72, I sent you PM, I think I can help you in this matter." (Cool cat)

"You got my PM? " (Palace group)

"Send me PM with the details I will check if I can find some sort of way to talk to them.2 (Virtual casino)

"How much you won? Maybe I can help you. please PM me the details. " (Titan casino)

"Reguest cashout 1st.
Then if you havent got any money till wednesday we can make email to them together.
Send me your skype via PM " (Lock casino)
