Hi,

I had an issue at Uptown Aces three weeks ago and sent a PM to the slotocash rep on this forum.

I have not gotten a response yet.

Does anyone know what's up with that? Is she active here?

Thanks all

no response yet

Hi all: I have not heard back from the rep yet. My issue is that I was playing with a bonus and after hitting a feature at less than $10 per spin, the software changed the bet amount to $25 and I played 3 or so spins above the $10 max by accident. As soon as I realized this I reduced my wager size and contacted customer support. My withdrawal was denied based on breaking the max wager rule. I'd very much like a manager/host to review my situation. Any suggestions?

I see the rep hasnt been back in since the 2nd - there's a few possible options:

1. PM Bryan to give the rep a friendly poke > https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/1/
2. Wait. The rep may simply be on holidays
3. PAB - it's a free service to members when resolutuions can't be reached to offer aid as able. Read up on it in detail here >
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/ Though frankly, with the 3rd option, it is within their rules. You may have a case if the game 'spontaneously' changed bet wihthout it logging off or leaving it. I suppose that's something they'd look into.

can you please share the outcome of this?

I know they have been incredibly strict about that rule in the past even for table games as well. I am not saying they are the worst or anything but I stay away from bonuses or casinos that put limits on you but doesnt automate them. For example if no baccarat is allowed in a bonus then it makes sense for baccarat to be blocked during bonus play. Similarly, if there is a max bet but the software allows for more than that then it is almost entrapment. we ARE gamblers after all and cant think of every aspect of every different bonus without it being automated. That is just my opinion.
but please share with us if you are able without breaking any rules or agreements. thanks.

Happily, the problem was resolved and I was paid in full.

I completely agree that the software should not let you violate the rules. Takes a lot of the fun out of gambling to have to worry about these details.

In my case, I completely inadvertently played a few spins (all of which I lost) for over $10. When I realized what I had done, I immediately contacted support. But the default verdict was against me; and I guess you could say that it was because I was able to appeal here that it was overturned.

Why do you allow people to bet more than $10 but enforce it to confiscate winnings if someone does bet more? why not make your max bet size $10 then you wont have to keep taking peoples winnings?

Also, why do you make table games a max of only $10 bet? That doesnt seem reasonable to anyone either.

You could do a lot less taking of people's winnings or confiscating peoples money and just let people play if you would automate your max bet size for bonuses AND write reasonable terms for your table games bonuses. As it is now your bonus system is set up to trap people who win. Also, it is obvious you check closely for any such bet over $10 regardless if it helps the person win or not. You could have a nice casino. As it is if anyone uses a bonus with your casino they are in a bad spot. You have the worst bonus rules of any RTG group that I know of and the worst confiscatory practices also. That is why I havent played with you and I wont until you fix those glaring issues. Nobody wants to play somewhere that is trying to trick them into making a technical error. It is roguish at best.
