I have been playing casino moon for a few months now and I have won over $2000 which they have been holding for 2 months plus. I have submitted document after document and no feedback or what they need for validation to confirm my identity. Every time I ask why it is taking so long they keep telling me it's takes 5 business days to verify. Well 2 months is a very long 5 days, don't ya think? I am so fed up with asking these guys to release my winnings. I have submitted bank documents, credit card info as well as my cards of identification and they still won't pay me out my winnings. Any idea what I can do. This is getting ridiculous already.
