Look at this video I uploaded tell me if their is something wrong with it.

The video I upload is 8mb from my cameracorder. It is a video clip of my computer screen showing me playing craps at 32red. Can someone spot whats wrong when playing the game.

I watched the vid. Saw a "7 out", then you placed the numbers 4,5,6,8,& 9 and the come out roll was a 9. The place bets are off on the "come out roll". The Vid was a bit scratchy so I am assuming you thought you should be paid for the roll of 9 when the "come out roll" was a 9 and the place bets are not active.

Is that it?

On the "Come out roll" all place and lay bets are not active. If that roll had been a 7 rather than a 9 you would not have lost all your bets on 4,5,6,8 & 9.

So no they dont owe you money on tha roll. Those bets are active only when a point number has been established.

I was sat playing the "high roller" ($5 wooooo!) slots in the Monte Carlo casino in Vegas a couple of years back, when a chap came in and sat on the machine next to me..

HIM: "Hey, how you getting on?"
ME: "Not too bad thanks, a little up but nothing special!"
HIM: "I'm doing terrible - just lost $3000 at the Craps table"
ME: "Wow, so how come you've come over to the slots now?"
HIM: "Well, I think I'm being clever when I play the tables and can beat the odds with a 'strategy'... At least with the slots, I just press the button - and I KNOW they're probably going to take my money off me!! This way I don't feel stupid when I lose"
ME: "Good philosophy!"
HIM: "WOW! I just hit this for $9000!!!!" (Some sevens and diamond things or something)

Firstly, 32Red did not produce nor do they control the software.. so if you indeed have an error, which I do not know because I don't play that game, it is not a fault of the individual casino, but rather an error with the software which they have no control of. I'm sure that they will not abandon you on this issue, so hold tight and refrain from pointing a negative finger at them if you would.

I did not saying anything negative about them. I am just telling you the issue I am having. I did not say they were a bad casino or good. The only thing I said was I am having trouble with a issue and am waiting for it to be resolved.
