Linked casinos: betclic and betathome?

Hi, I'm wondering if two casinos are part of the same group are they linked. I've just found out I'm excluded from one site in the group but not the other. Do you think they would pay me winnings if I win? Do you think it's completely separate company? I asked live chat and they said that if I want to self exclude then do so otherwise I'm welcome to play. Thanks for any information in advance

When you self excluded from the other linked casino it should have self excluded from all of the linked casinos. So if you have played and won I think that's the casinos fault.

Hopefully you should get you're winnings depending on what casino it is .

Am sure more people will know much more and have more to tell you.

Thanks for the reply. The company have just emailed me saying they are not the same company they just belong to the same group. I'm self excluded from betclic and I joined betathome which belongs to the betclic group. I checked on their terms and it says nothing about betclic. They also say they have now closed my account which I didn't ask them too do. I did not say I had a gambling issue or as them to close it. I was told by chat I'm able to deposit and play. Just interesting they belong to the same group but are not linked apparently.

Use the link above. Enter the casino name and the license will come up, click and you'll see all sites sharing that license. If you are excluded from any one site under that license, you should really be from all of them. If you aren't, don't play at any of them as they can use this as an excuse not to pay you any winnings and merely refund deposits.

Also I've deposited well over £700 and they have closed my account without my permission and also not given me a chance to win any money from them. Very unfair. They can't have it both ways because I'm sure they will say they have excluded me because I'm excluded from their sister site. However that won't be a good enough reason for them to return my deposits though.

Sorry but you admit you are a gambling addict.

You have self excluded from so many sites now you are just going to run into problem after problem with sites moving to new groups etc.

You have said you want to stop gambling maybe its time you thought about getting something like Gamblock installed to help yourself.

Don't be sorry it's true I have a gambling problem have had on and off for 25yrs. Thing is at the moment I'm struggling with life and so I do gamble on and off. Getting new internet supply on Saturday gonna get my daughter to add a child lock to it. The thing is whether I'm an addict or not I think casino need to pay me if I win, if I haven't broken any rules. Because I'm excluded from a lot of casinos I always check the term before depositing! No where did it say it belonged to this group.

No, it won't say anywhere in their terms they belong to a certain group or they will not name other sites in their terms that are operating under their license. This because quite simply the UKGC don't make them state this - until they do these casinos can continue to take deposits from players excluded under that license who will walk away having lost, none the wiser that they wouldn't have been paid. If they win, then naturally that's when they find out about the SE and don't pay winnings - your bets were 'void' and in this case they should refund your deposits.
