Bonus Complaint Limitation declined and teased to deposit?

I'm hoping this is a joke thread or something. I read most of the chat but got tired of reading it (yes I'm lazy). Rep was friendly from what I read and did his/her job correctly. You however were itching for him to flip some sort of win switch on your account.

Can't see anything good coming from this thread but I do have me popcorn ready with extra bowls. :eat:

I do disagree; there is no win switch or a lose switch. Losing is not the issue, I'm up on the Casino.

The only thing I want to come from this is that they perhaps train their agents a bit better when it comes to ethical practice.

you stated the following prior to any other mentions of deposits (unless I missed it of course):

KILLAHWHALE: So think it's worth my while depositing then? lol

How would he be able to answer that? I would have said the same thing. You never know until after you play. Meh, maybe I'm wrong, just ignore me, unless you need some popcorn.

edit: Aww man bring it back, now that's just cheating!

I don't see it how you do

I'm not seeing it at all. You asked if you should deposit again and they didn't suggest you do. The response was a non-committal "We will never know." If you think that was a tease to deposit, I don't agree.

They would of course like you to deposit. That is how they continue to exist. If the rep had enticed you with a bonus, or said you will probably win if you deposit again, that would be out of line. I honestly thought the rep undersold the product if they were enticing you to make another deposit and just was wishing you good luck on your next session. It may if fact be your anger that is making you see it another way.

I think them not allowing you to suspend your account for a brief time is the bigger issue to take with them.

@ killahwhale : it was uncool to delete your original post. Forum members took the time to read and respond, the least you could have done is come back and said "oops, my bad, guess I made a mistake" or whatever.

Re-tagging this as a bogus complaint so others won't waste their time on it.
